Brilliant team!

The whole Napier team are so helpful. Dave especially was great with the kids, helping inspire a love of music, while also making it accessible. So cool that they could explore and learn.

Really appreciated that they understood what we were after and sold us a piano that would meet our needs now and into the future.

Great customer service

I went in there with a guitar with a bridge that was too high and not only did they fix it for free but they also discounted the strings used for the fix. Also amazing customer service

Friendly staff with great product…

Friendly staff with great product knowledge. I found that they were passionate about music and supportive in finding what would suit me best to begin my journey into music rather than just trying to make a sale/up selling

Customer service from Jason was outstanding. As well as great knowledge he was such a pleasure to talk with. Dunedin rock shop. All the staff we dealt with great.
