Looks and smells a nice product but the forever case was fragile and fiddly. Ended io falling apart before id even used one stick. Got it in a grooming box but sadly wont be recommending since the twisting mechanism fell apart. Shame really it’s a great idea.

I love the fragrance, but numerous times the deodorant can stops spraying with loads left in the can!
I didn't buy it for this reason for a few years, then made the mistake of buying it again, and guess what! 😞
I emailed customer services twice as I feel I've wasted money, but no response! Poor! 😡
Other brands don't have this issue, so in this case it's obviously a fault that they fail to address!
I'll never make the mistake of buying Rock Face again! 💩

Great products from a growing UK business

The products themselves are great! The simple menu works for me. Three scents allowed me to find the one that worked best for me. Shower gels, antiperspirant, and deodorant sprays in the first order. Ordered direct and the goodies came soon enough. Thank you. Big fan of their marketing and how the leadership team are putting themselves in the public eye and not taking themselves too seriously either.

My second order involved some returns - user error on my part - and a lot of back and forth to get the items I replaced. Throughout the process, the communications from Jez were timely, sincere, and they did what they could to get me the items as soon as possible. They even sent replacements for the replacements when the wrong items were sent out at no charge.

I'm glad a young, UK business is thriving and growing, taking on the big boys. Of course there will be a glitch here and there, but the products are great, the team communicated often enough so I knoew they hadn't forgotten about me, and I wish them every success. It's soap and smells / anti-smells, not mission crtitical supplies for Noah's Ark, so let's keep a few foul ups in perspective.

Bought several times the orange one on Amazon - and now already twice, I got one that stopped working after two or three sprays - it is brand new and full but the mechanism dispensing the deodorant does not work - the can has no damage whatsoever so makes me think that if 2/8 times does not work then the company has got some serious quality control issues. Won’t buy again - it’s typically £3, but pro forma for the ones that did not work, it is like £4 - way too expensive and too poor quality to justify buying again. I used for years Nivea and Sure and never I had a deodorant that stopped working because of the button no longer working

I recently ordered direct from RockFace and found the process extremely easy from start to finish. And a massive pluss was that I received my goods within 48 hours ( I missed the cut off for next day delivery). The goods came via Royal Mail, expertly packaged and in tip top condition. Will definitely be ordering again!! 🙂

The purchase system is very easy, this I believe was my fourth order my belief based on a full kit then two wash bags as freebies, who needs three wash bags. Now we have moved to a free shower gel.. yippee. I like the smell of the blue set, as it turns out the Mrs prefers the green, who cares.
