Email not working / late receive of SMTP
I have ordered a SMTP about 1 week ago and it arrived 4 days later.
After sending out 3 warm up emails to test out my template, the email stopped working and I didn't receive any reply after 3 days from the support.
*EDIT 13.04:
Still no reply from the support!!! Scammers!!!!!

I have ordered a SMTP on the 7th of March and didn't receive anything yet (today is the 11th). No responses from the support and the subscription days are already being used up.

buy a package $108/ mo - trashed! - bad support - totally downtime
buy a package with ~$110 / mo, used for 12 days but totally downtime in 5 days. I cannot receive any feedback or support from them, I've already sent 3 emails, chat direct with AI, no real person support. It is a SCAM service and useless totally!
update Aug.12th 2024: 86.9646% online, this week RocketSMTP's server is just online for only 1 day among 7 days. I use this service with a trash server!
update Aug.13th 2024: I wrote an email to request them to refund for the time the server is down. I bought since July 29th and now I just use only 7 days / 18 days total, the server is 85.4436% overall uptime. No support with an useless AI chatbot, no real person to chat directly and the team haven't replied me for more than 6 hours. Bad service and Bad support!
