Rockaway Toys has some really great & unusual toys. I bought a ‘Best Years’ orange knitted diplodocus which arrived promptly and was nicely packed.it’s delightful. A good price too even with postage.... Näytä lisää

Good service all round

I actually ordered the wrong toy but because it was so cute decided to keep it anyway!! It arrived promptly and was well packed. The site was uncomplicated to navigate and I would certainly use again. The courier used kept me informed with a couple of alternatives to change delivery date/alternative for pick up.

Toy cars with driver

I rarely buy toys but when I do I try and buy things that will last and that you would like to keep forever. I hope that will be the case to the child that will get this toy(s) and perhaps to pass onto their child… they are well made and look good.
The service from order to delivery was wonderful, packed well and within 2days delivery. Who could ask for more. Well me, as I ordered another 2 😁

Great customer service

Quickly responded to send a replacement item when the original was lost in the post. The item itself was of lovely quality and perfect as a birthday gift for a toddler.

Really lovely team to deal with

Really lovely team to deal with. Had to contact them a couple of times regarding a few things and they got back to me very quickly. I ordered some chaos rising 3 pack blisters. All arrived on time and well packaged. Thanks guys really good service.

Tyrannosaurus Ted!

Brilliant customer service. My order arrived in good time, and was well packaged. I've bought several Tyrannosaurus Teds now as gifts, and they've all been well received and well loved by the recipients.

The company sell high quality items

The company sell high quality items, affordable and worth the money. The customer service was excellent. The items arrived wrapped well and the children love them. I would highly recommend the company to others.

What a fab company

What a fab company. My package never arrived and as soon as I contacted Rockaway Toys, they got a replacement in the post straight away. It arrived next day at a different address (as requested) and ready to be gifted! Thank you for the excellent customer service
