Fehlerhafte Lieferung und kein Einsehen

Falsche Lieferung.
Meine Lieferung bestand aus 3 Paketen. Es fehlte allerdings ein Solarpanel. Dafür erhielt ich ein Paket mit Befestigungsmaterial. Ich habe mehrfach um Aufklärung,bzw Tausch gebeten und werde immer darauf verwiesen ich hätte ja 3 Pakete erhalten. Ich kann ja nicht wissen, wie verpackt wird. Außerdem wird auf der website erklärt, dass Transporteure manchmal Lieferungen in verschiedenen Fahrzeugen anliefern. Nach nunmehr 6 Wochen antwortet Robinsun nicht mehr.

Intentan ayudar pero no lo consiguen

Intentan ayudar pero no lo hacen. Resuelven poco y tardan mucho si tienes algún problema pues son intermediarios. Al final tienes que buscarte tú la vida y resolver tú las cosas con Marstek. Yo llevo 2 semanas con una incidencia aún sin resolver.

Unexpected multiple delivery’s but marked ‘Delivered’ after 1st.

The order process for solar kit was simple. Immediate communication was received to confirm purchase. Within a few days a mail was sent that order was in process of being dispatched - after that it’s gone downhill.

Firstly, you get an email, not with a single tracking number and name of the courier, but with a ‘QR’ code. You have use your phone to get a link and open a ‘shop’ app. If you don’t have that app you need to download & install it before going any further ….it took me nearly an hour to eventually get an update saying ‘awaiting details’ (in between pop ups for various sale items). What nonsense.

This morning I got a text message out of the blue saying DPD were making a delivery between 11:30 and 12:30 (but didn’t say if it had anything to do with my ‘Robinsun’ kit) Anyway, the driver came just before 13:00 but just had a small box (the inverter) - no big solar panels. I was immediately disappointed that kit was not dispatched complete.

I reviewed emails and there was a paragraph to say sometimes you get ‘partial delivery’ . But, if that’s the case I’d expect 2 x tracking numbers or at least clarification what item was being delivered in first drop off.

I then tried to communicate with Robinsun - initially via their live ‘chat’ service which for past 95 mins has not responded to my inputted queries or ‘hello?’ prompts (I’ve now given up). I have also used their on-line form and am awaiting a response.

Maybe they will reassure me that another delivery is pending (although drip feed deliveries are a pain) or that driver has driven off with my panels. For now I am out of pocket and have NO idea what’s going on. I have also sent message in their ‘WhatsApp’ chat and sent an email. I have no information about any other shipments.

Update: I have received response back on WhatsApp (and email) saying it WAS a partial delivery and the courier have 72 business hrs to complete their full drop off - all under the SAME tracking number. This seems crazy - the DPD courier has already entered a pin to confirm his delivery and the tracking doesn’t indicate 1 of 2 deliveries on their updates.

At least they’ve responded so I have changed from 1 star to 2 stars for now but overall I’m Not impressed with logistics.

Update 16th March: Awaiting communication ref. the delivery of the rest of the ‘kit’ (2 x Solar panels). Apart from messages saying that unfortunately it was a partial delivery due to courier deciding to split ‘kit’ due to size - really? - I’m in the dark (no tracking and no info. on when the next delivery is scheduled). Even more concerning is the tracking number provided me to mark kit as being en route shows it’s marked as being successfully ‘delivered’ !!

After chasing I got a WhatsApp text saying they ‘Seur’ had told them at 2pm the panels were out for delivery (nobody told me that) but nothings turned up and I’ve heard nothing since.

17th March - This morning DPD notified me of a pending delivery this afternoon- I assume it will be the solar panels. If only at the original notification I’d been told there would 2 separate drop offs - rather than sending me 1 minor element and marking delivery complete. I will update rating once panels arrive.

Update 17th March - DPD have delivered the 2 panels which were well packaged in cardboard. Pity everything couldn’t come in a single visit but overall I am happy now everything has arrived

As our team explained to you via WhatsApp, we work with the most recognized transport agencies in the market and we pay for an express delivery service to offer the best possible experience to our customers.

Even so, these agencies can have incidents like the one you have suffered. We manage a large volume of orders daily; all kits leave our warehouse together in large trucks.

However, when the agencies start the delivery process, due to the dimensions of the products, they sometimes separate the packages without consulting or notifying us beforehand. This is something that is out of our hands; we pay for a complete service and the agencies modify it unilaterally for logistical reasons. For this reason, we do not send you two tracking numbers, because they do not exist as such.

We look forward to your confirmation that the missing packages arrived correctly.

Lessons for other potential customers

Lessons for other potential customers: Keep observing the electricity production, be aware that a technician in China can enter and change your settings of the microinverter at any time and these are settings that are NOT offered to you to enter or change yourself, Robinsun will not follow consumer regulations if any issues appears.
Before the product had even arrived they wanted me to write a great review for them, which I of course didn’t do because how can anyone at that point in time and I’m glad that I didn’t.
It started with the logistic company they used. They refused to deliver to my home in the country side and just dumped it on the side of the road. My 8 months pregnant wife had to stand and guard the equipment while I was going back and forth to bring it home to the house.
I installed the equipment and directly I observed that when the sun was shining the strongest then I had none or very little production which completely defeats the purpose of the purchase. So on the 19 December 2025 I raised this issue with them. I have a weather station so I know the exact intensity of the sun at my home and with the data of generated electricity from their app the two could be directly compared and it didn’t make any sense at all. I kept sending this information to them over whatsapp and they said that this can be fixed I just had to wait a little.
On the 8 January 2026 I mentioned for the first time that the product would need to be returned if they couldn’t get it to function.
On the 10 January 2026 a technician in China entered my two microinvertes to change the settings which is completely controlled by them and there is no information either online or in the manual on how to do this myself. There was no improvement. They kept asking questions, kept promising to fix it and nothing has changed.
So since the 30 January I have actively, on a daily basis been requesting a refund for this faulty product. Nothing has happened and today it is the 11 March 2026. I bought 2x2kW system and I expect, when the intensity of the sun is strong enough, to have that full production of 4kW and to be able to export some electricity to the grid. The product is not delivering this because when the sun shines the most I have none to little production and on top of it Robinsun is not capable to fix the issues and need the Chinese technicians to sort it out and neither do they follow EU online consumer regulations.

Your response is incorrect. According to EU consumer regulation a product must deliver what is promised and if it doesn't then it goes back. I had no chance of knowning about my grid issues however you guys are supposed to be experters in the field and know about the problem and according to your employee you have even seen it before in Portugal. You have offered no solution and even here you say that there is none so the product would and will never work. I receive no response from your employees in the whatapp chat do i had to turn to reviews.
I reported the problem within the 14 day period i have documented all the communication with you and I've kept asking for a refund. You said you would fix it on several occasions and since clearly you cannot as you now say yourself, and has NOT been communicate to me in whatsapp the product is by default faulty. No one wants solar panels to go back and forth and you haven't even had the competens to offer a friendly customer solution such as the microinverters goes back and the solar panels stay. Shameful behaviour!

We would like to clarify the technical points mentioned so that both you and our community have the complete information regarding this case:

System safety and grid stability: The phenomenon you describe, where production drops when the sun is at its strongest, is due to the mandatory safety functions of the microinverter. As previously explained by both our team and the manufacturers, in remote areas like the one where your installation is located, the power supply is very unstable. When solar production reaches its peak, the grid voltage exceeds legal limits. To comply with EU safety regulations and protect your home's electrical installation, the inverter is legally required to disconnect or reduce its power. Safety is our absolute priority; the product functions correctly and strictly complies with the law. The issue in this case is the instability of the local grid in your area.

Technical support and manufacturer: Over the past few months, a multidisciplinary team has provided you with support in several languages through messages, emails, and calls. Furthermore, we have opened a priority ticket directly with the manufacturer, TSUN, to work together and find a stable solution given the voltage limitations of your home. The remote access you refer to is an industry standard called OTA (Over-The-Air), which allows for wireless, expert technical adjustments to be made immediately. It is important to clarify that this access is only granted under an official support request between the customer and Robinsun; it cannot be performed manually by any user, as modifying these grid parameters without the necessary technical certification would be infringing the law. This access is, therefore, a professional support tool to assist the customer, not an intrusion.

Logistics: Your order consisted of two Kits Plus with a total of 8 panels, which are properly palletized. Due to these dimensions and the weight of the material, a heavy-duty truck equipped with special tools (such as a lift gate and pallet jack) is required for transport. This is not a small courier van delivering a handheld parcel. If there is no accessible road for a vehicle of these characteristics, the truck cannot physically reach the door for safety reasons.

Warranty and return policy: Since the product functions correctly under EU legal parameters, the case does not fall under warranty. Our return policy applies if the product has not been opened or if it presents a manufacturing defect. In this case, as demonstrated by the manufacturer, the equipment does function and performs all its technical duties correctly. We are aware that if the equipment were to be replaced, the problem would persist because the cause does not lie with the product, but within your home's grid; this issue is external to the product warranty.

We remain at your disposal through our official channels to try and find the best possible configuration given your grid conditions.

o sistema não funciona e não há apoio!

Montei tudo como explicado e o sistema simplesmente não funciona. Está sempre em modo off. E o suporte da Robinsun não existe. Agora o problema é meu e ninguém responde a mensagens no WhatsApp, o chat é com IA e pronto andamos às voltas com ele e nada de ajuda.
