Robinsons Relocation Arvostelua

From start to finish, I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Robinsons.

Initially, I was just searching around online and getting quotes from different companies to get my stuff back from America. Everyone was so expensive, but when I reached out to Robinsons and heard back from Sam Gibson, he offered to price match my best quote and even try and beat it if possible. The resulting quote beat every other by a land slide and they were very transparent and open about pricing through the entire process, including what would and wouldn't affect the price.

They were very communicative and never took very long to respond to my emails, Sam and I would even phone each other and he was never difficult to get hold of and always very easy to talk to and understand. They were very informative, and when Sam found out that I'd get taxed on my freight coming into the UK, he immediately emailed me and helped me find a relief form through HMRC that would entirely mitigate this tax if I was eligible, which I was. This saved me a couple thousand pounds.

Once the freight was on the move, Sam kept me updated every time he got a major update on the status of my consignment. Once it all arrived and got through customs, it was delivered to my house by Josh and Owen. They were wonderful. They engaged with my grandparents and had a good chat and a laugh with them while also getting the job done. From arrival to departure, the two were very friendly and diligent and had the 13 box job done in 30 minutes. This included them opening the boxes, helping take them through to where they were needed AND helping to unpack them before taking all the boxes away for us, leaving our house tidy like they'd never even been.

Overall, what an amazing experience I've had with them. The whole team here clearly works well with each other and works hard to earn their reputation. A reputation that they deserve and more. I couldn't possibly give them a more scathingly positive review. If I ever have to move again, I know exactly where I'm taking my custom.

Dealing with Robinsons Relocations Ltd was the easiest part of our house move. Communication with them was excellent throughout, with regular check ins and quick responses. The gentleman that came on the day, coordinated by Matt Bristow, were so polite, considerate and efficient. I am in awe of how much they got done, and how skilled they were at manoeuvring furniture, with no incidences whatsoever. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent contact, very customer-oriented and honest, professional treatment. They moved my personal belongings from Reading through the Brexit border to the Netherlands smoothly and did their very best to fulfil all my wishes and requests. I highly recommend this company to other costumers.

Craig and his team kept us informed from start to finish
A special thank you to Andy an Nathan who were excellent throughout the move and nothing was too much trouble and we both appreciated their hard work
I would highly recommend Robinsons

Absolutely 5* service following exchange of contracts the day before completion! Robinsons Relocation provided exceptional service from the first survey by Craig to the actual move date. Lewis Tom and Zac, who were the crew on the day were professional, courteous and worked together as a team giving customer service well above my expectations. Well done to you all. I will certainly be recommending you. You made what could have been a very stressful day, thanks to the solicitors, a very pleasant day for me and my family. Thank you!

We could not praise Robinsons enough. From the initial survey to the move and collection of the boxes, they provided us with a first class service. Their team is very friendly, accommodating, approachable and extremely efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. From the first call to Sophie for a quote to unloading at the new destination address, Robinson staff were professional, sociable and most importantly, as there was await for the keys to the new property, they were very patient. A big thank you to Sophie, Anthony, Craig, who made a site visit to ensure everything was going to plan, Paul, Jason, Alex, Charlie and Harry. Well done team.

From the initial visit to quote for the removals, to finally delivering our goods and chattels to our new home, Robinsons made the process easy and relatively stress-free…and what lovely people to deal with! Anthony Robinson, Sophie and Craig in the office, plus Alex and his team on moving day could not have been more pleasant and hardworking. We have almost finished unpacking…and not found one breakage or damaged item. Thank you!

A fantastic experience from the first phone call to the last box. 'Pops' and his crew didn't just turn up and execute the job, they brought a level of humor to their professionalism that was much needed on such a stressful day.
They treated both houses like their own, ensured everything went to plan, timed everything perfectly and treated my mother with respect on a challenging day.

If Carlsberg did removal companies....

My mother was downsizing from a house approximately 120 miles away and we were due to have a lot of her furniture, so I needed a removals company.
The quotation was easy to arrange. I emailed through the sizes and photographs of the items of furniture, plus post codes for both addresses, and that was enough for the quotation which was emailed to me the following day.
Before sending the acceptance, I had a telephone conversation with Robinsons and agreed the likely removal date, which I confirmed on the acceptance. The exact time was confirmed the day before the removal took place.
Despite it being more than a 2-hour drive, and my mother’s house was down country lanes and not easy to find, the van arrived at the exact time. The two-man team were both polite and courteous, and were very careful when taking the larger items of furniture out of the house and loading it into the van. Everything was compactly loaded into the van and everything was secured in place with straps and protected with blankets.
The van then drove promptly home and everything was quickly and carefully offloaded into our house.
The whole process entailed minimal fuss, and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation to use Robinsons Relocation in the future. Please pass on my thanks to all involved.

We had an excellent experience with both our packing team and the 2 man delivery team, especially as we moved 120 miles.
Things were difficult when we arrived at our new home but the guys were really good and efficient at getting everything in.

Firstly would like to say a massive thank you to Robinson team!
Where from day 1 with their customer service through to the removal team on our moving date back in November who utterly brilliantly!

What a team! Mike & Akos were brilliant 👏 They worked diligently and were respectful of property. The weather was far from ideal. Mike & Akos just got on with the job, showing good humour and commitment all the way through💪 Based on our experience with Robinsons, we would recommend without hesitation!

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Robinsons
for our move from Oxford to Scotland. The move schedule was discussed until everyone involved was happy with it, and Matt was very quick to respond to any queries. The removal guys were friendly, helpful, hard working, professional and made everything as stress free as possible.

My sale fell through and Craig in Redditch kindly rearranged to the new date.
The boys who came to my brothers home where great, quick and very kind.

I can't praise Robinsons Removals highly enough. Matt in the office went out of his way to help me.
My move was in three stages and each team who were involved were excellent. The men were polite, considerate and friendly. Nothing was lost or damaged during the moving process.
The teams were always punctual and worked quickly and carefully.
Top marks to a top company.

A smooth, friendly service, and a team who went out of their way to assist. Tony and Victoria in the office were brilliant and our team of movers were fantastic, so efficient and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Robinsons moved our stuff into storage, kept it safely for 10 months, and then relocated it for us. Throughout the whole process they were great. Very good communication, our belongings handled with care and attention, and always very helpful and accommodating. It was a stressful process creating our new home, but Robinsons made it a lot easier!

Robinson's Relocation provided us with a fantastic service. From having no issues with a last minute confirmation of move to a seamless pack up and unpack of the van the service was exemplary. All the staff we engaged with were polite, attentive to what we needed and worked so hard. High praise goes to Victoria in the office and to Dan and Mick who moved us.

THe experience from obtaining the quote through to delivery was seamless.
All personnel were pleasant, friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
Top company and top people
Highly recommend them
