Great service and communication.

I have used Robinson Reade for many years and I have always been very impressed by the friendly and efficient service I have received.

Our experience it’s Robinson Reade has been exceptional from the beginning of the process to the very end, from the initial consultation you are treated and considered as family. It’s true what they say, people buy from people, and from the first time that we met Craig Tarbet - property Consultant, for the initial consultation. We knew that we were in very safe and good hands and that the personal touch that Robinson Reade are renowned for was evident from the very beginning.
The photos were quickly arranged as we had an offer in on a property in Scotland, they also came back out and retook them once we had replaced the carpets and updated the photos and website.
After this the appointments were arranged by Emma Watson - Sales Advisor, and the communications were great, keeping us informed at all stages of viewings with great feedback received on how we could improve the property from each viewing. Timings for viewings were considerate as we both work from home and have a young dog and care was taken to ensure that we had plenty of notice and that there was no unnecessary disruption.
Once we had accepted an offer from our buyer the case was assigned to Donetta Holland - Sales Manager, this is where the personal reputation that Robinson Reade are renowned for stepped up to another level. Every one needs someone like Donetta in their lives and house selling or purchase process, controlling activities from the offer through to completion. Donetta knows the law like that back of her hand and throughout our process she was able to guide us through the legal complexities especially as we had issue with a Deed of Variation. She was able to effectively manage both legal teams and ensure that the process was so effortless and smooth. She is an expert in communication and keeping all parties informed of any outcomes and directing the process to a successful completion, this was made more difficult in this sale due to our onward purchase in Scotland and DoV issues. This excellent management of the complex issues, in its own right is worth every penny of the fee.
She was able to calm us down when we were in danger of losing the plot and control, she pulled us right back to where we needed to be.
Whilst Donetta was hugely instrumental in ensuring our purchase was concluded on time. Our purchase in its entirety is down to the cohesiveness of Jane and the whole Robinson Reade team, make no mistake, while this a small team, it is mighty, very effective and for whom nothing is too much trouble and they all work tirelessly to achieve the most positive experience for your sale or purchase, and you are in very capable hands for your sale and purchase. You will not regret choosing Robinson Reade, we don’t.

Excellent communication through every step of the sales process ensured that I was kept informed at each stage. This proved especially important when the chain broke down and it was necessary to create a new chain whilst retaining the stronger components of the previous chain. I never felt that I was not fully informed at any stage and when professional advisers along the chain required a nudge, RR were not hesitant in intervening to keep the process on track.

Proactive team who kept us very well informed via Whatsapp and email. Worked closely with solicitor. Chased up other parties involved without us needing to ask.
They had a very good understanding of the property concerned and how to market it. They secured a sale quickly.

From the first viewing of the property, the team at Robinson Reade were consummate professionals and gave a first class experience. No matter who I dealt with, whether that be out at viewings or in the office, the team were friendly and amenable. So easy to communicate with and make relevant arrangements with too.

I sold my property through Robinson Reade and they were great at keeping me up to date with any viewings. Donetta was my main point of contact and once an offer was accepted she was excellent at ensuring that all the relevant paperwork was completed, people were held to account and issues were followed though. Outstanding - after years of dealing with average, vaguely committed and underqualified Agents Robinson Reade have been a real breath of fresh air. Jane and Louise are not only efficient but understand that some of us are easily distracted and forget things. Gentle reminders on document signing in a timely fashion is just a tiny part of what illustrates how organised they are. The description they created for the property actually had even me interested in it and I’m selling it. No exaggeration just really really clear expression and enthusiasm bringing out the best points. From first contact to listing has been less than a week including all authorisations, visits photographs et cetera. I could not be more impressed.
