The dirty scammer never sent me out my product, SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

They are disreputable. They said they would send a replacement device after mine stopped working after a month and they did NOT. It is impossible to reach them it’s just all Computer generated replies. Terrible company. DO NOT BUY. Suzy Lewis

DON'T BUY HERE!!!! BIG SCAM! I returned my products following the procedure step by step (incl 20 euro's additional shipping costs), and NEVER got my money back (180 euro's). I had a delivery confirmation, but they never even replied to my email. The last 4 months I send them literally over 100 emails over and requests via the site, and all I get is automatic generated emails. You can request 'talk to a human', but you never get in touch with one. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

They have horrible customer service. There conductive gel is 40.00 for 15ml. A joke. When you try to cancel —good luck. I had to file a dispute with AMEX and blocked them from my Apple Pay —plus the the product is sub-par

Costs a lot and it did not even last 4 months. I did not take out warranty which is almost half of original device. Terrible service and terrible device.

Back again....ZERO RESPONSE! I sent the device back to a US address (it was a China address before?) and sent them the courier confirmation note stating that 'Carlos has received the package' safe and sound. But they have NOT REFUNDED ME, nor responded to my emails to them about it. All I get are pointless automated messages Ive seen repeatedly. This has to be a SCAM company. I can only summise that they have STOLEN my money. It's infuriating and unethical. I will take this further... Good People, beware!!

DO NOT ORDER from this scamming company. On the 16th of April I ordered the device, $403 AUD was taken from my account & I received a thank you for your order email. after a week I still haven’t received an order number or tracking number. I emailed Roberto labs Support on two occasions and have not received any response.2nd May update, i received the product after my review, the product is a cheap version from China & there is no Roberto trade mark on the product or box as in the picture. Also I paid $403 AUD & now they advertise for $237AUD This is a fraudulent company!

Cheap and nasty product. Mine broke after 32 days and the company will not replace but say I have to buy their extended warranty. Cost me £118. You can get a very similar product online for under £30. The gel they sell you is a tiny tube of rubbish, dries very quickly so useless. Don’t bother buying this product as yours will stop working too

Me again. Since my last review I have been asked if I could please edit the review because "they are a reliable company and my satisfaction means everything to them". They then provided a tracking number for my replacement device (after I emailed, asking for one and kindly sent me the link with the tracking number)... which was bogus!! Can't read the code, won't accept any form of accessing info. No device yet in the mail either....

Company promised a 90 day return policy. When I requested the return I did receive an immediate response saying please go over our return policy and see if you comply. The return policy states you can return in 30 days in an unopened, unused package. Yeah, right! I replied with a screenshot of the 90 day return policy and their illegal business plan. Still waiting to hear back. Buyer beware. And yes the same product is available for under $20.

Efter et par dags bruge, gik den i stykker. Jeg tror, at kundeservice er ikke eksisterende. Farvel 1044 kr.

Amazing we would return an new machine sent from the netherlands to us .
And no return garantt or return policy like we have in europe we need to sent it back to china to a department on a second floor and then wait two weeka before they take the decision if it is allowed to sent it back
So we keep it not spending much more money . Amazing what a commercial customer unfriendly policy. Be warned

I encountered the same experience as a previous review. An electric shock as I applied the device to my face the first time I used it ! And may I say it will definitely be the last time I use it. It was an extremely unpleasant feeling that took a few minutes to get over.
The device comes in a nice packaging but when you read the badly written (and in poor ENGLISH) succinct instruction leaflet you immediately understand that this is a Chinese ripoff. A device that needs to go straight in the bin. DO NOT BUY !!!! The so called serum is just an additional ripoff. True SCAM.

Let the buyer beware.

Roberto Labs does not respond to requests for information about how to return the products purchased. As another poster indicated, requests about returns are answered with a form email detailing how to use the product. I will dispute the charge when it appears on my credit card bill.
