Very helpful staff. I had a slight issue with my order, and it was handled very efficiently.
I do love our Roast & Ground coffee, but what really stands out is their customer service. I've spoken with a few staff including Cat and Karen who are extremely helpful, professional, and kind!

Jacqui Parker
Roast & Ground staff are so friendly and it is always a pleasure to speak to them. Their technical engineer Wojciech is very professional and always comes to our offices with a cheerful and friendly attitude. No job is too much for him and he always explains exactly what he needs to do or what has been done to rectify the problem. He is very knowledgeable about Roast & Ground machines and has always been able to solve the issues we have had with our machine.
When we had our new coffee machine installed last August, he was faced with a difficult task due to the design and not having the correct access. Wojciech was extremely patient and got the job done and, as always, professionally - he is a credit to the company.
Roast & Ground service is outstanding!

Thank you Florin, it's great to have your feedback. We're always happy to help.
Highly Recommend!
Our company have used Roast & Ground for a coffee machine in the office. They have been great throughout the whole process from originally discussing options and ideas for our machine to install and service after installation. They were able to give online demonstrations of how the machine would work and discuss many features for our own machine. The service/maintenance team have been amazingly helpful also, replying to my questions straight away and fixing any issues so quickly and simply.
I would highly recommend Roast & Ground if you're looking for a coffee machine.
