Can 100% recommend Anne for the RMLV course, I was quite nervous to do the course as I didn’t know what to expect but straight away was put at ease and had a great and informative day. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Great Informative Experience Every Time!

I have done my RMLV with Anne several times over the years, and each time it is informative, interactive and fun! Shared experiences in the industry always keeps it interesting and Anne is always up to date with changes in the industry. Thanks for another informative course.

It was such a great experience doing my RMLV with Anne. Even though it was a detailed time scheduled course we had many laughs and enjoyed the whole day. With things that I didn't know, Anne not only explained it in a way that catered to my learning skills she did it with no judgement and a lot of encouragement. I will surely be booking back in with her for future training and courses.

Two of us did the RMLV course and we both really learned some very useful information from the course. Anne made the course interesting and interactive so we both appreciated that very much, and Anne really knows her stuff.

Anne provided an engaging course, referencing numerous industry scenarios which reinforced an understanding of the content.

The training course led by Anne exceeded my expectations. I acquired a wealth of knowledge and found Anne to be highly professional, engaging, and approachable. Anne provided me with valuable insights that will undoubtedly benefit our business. I highly recommend Anne's training services to anyone looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in this field. Thank you Anne.

I learned so much from my training with Anne. She took the time to help and explain things easily to help learn. She was very easy to talk to. Would recommend her to anyone who wants to learn.

Great stories paired with great advice.

Anne was fantastic running through all the regulatory and legislatory concepts about responsibly running a food and beverage operation. I thoroughly enjoyed the anecdotes paired with lessons to be learned.

Anne was very thorough and detailed in providing the RMLV training. She was also very specific to the industry I belong to and catered the training to focus more don't those areas while not losing out on the other details. Anne also offers great service post-training by providing any resources that might help the business.

Anne looks after our premium hotel training and licence advice for liquor and food. Anne has amazing ability to navigate the way through a massive amount of information and deliver it in a enjoyable and inclusive setting, both online and face to face. The team have benefited greatly, from not only the material but how to work together and bring out the best for the company. In this space, trust is key to ensuring that onboarding of new team members is successfully executed.
