They scammed me. My package was originally estimated at 3080g, and I was charged 51.19 USD. I used one of their coupons, which brought the cost down to 40.96 USD. So far so good.

But once the package was actually weighed, it turned out to be only 2130 g, and the real shipping cost was 39.61 USD. Instead of refunding me the difference based on what I actually paid, they only refunded 1.34 USD. That means the coupon effectively saved me nothing.

The discount was applied to the inflated estimated price instead of the actual final price, which makes the whole coupon system a scam. It is like a coffee shop selling coffee for 5 dollars and then claiming a 50% discount while raising the price to 10 dollars, making the discount code bring it back to the original price.

I tried contacting customer support and even asked in their Discord server, but they ignored me.

Every single one of the good reviews is fake by the way.

I have waited over a month for my package, and it still hasn't arrived, even though the shipping line I chose said it would take 10-15 days. They give you coupons to make you think shipping is cheap with the good lines, but in reality, they just make you pay more and give you a slower one. All the good reviews are fake, by the way.

I have used similar agents before, best one so far. cheapest shipping rates and lowest charges. love it so far hope they keep the same expectations up!!!

Estimados necesito de vuestra ayuda, mi hijo realizo una compra de un poleron, el dia 12 de Octubre, y jamas llego notificacion de compra al correo, no llego nada, quisiera saber donde debo ingresar o algun correo para poder saber sobre la compra, el pago ya se efectuo.
