Rizwardsleather Arvostelua 

I purchased a custom, adult-themed garment and received fantastic support planning and ordering. It was really quite a good customer experience. When I received my item, I was ecstatic. The leather and workmanship was superb. The only problems is that it absolutely did not fit in some pretty critical areas. I conversed with Rizwards, who were again responsive until it became clear that I could not wear my item and it needed alteration. I was told to simply take it to a local tailor - who would have to remake a large portion of the item. I asked for Rizwards, instead, to remake the misfitting section and I could have a local tailor affix it. They agreed, but then did nothing. I received my order in July. They agreed to remake a portion in September and the last response I have received was in October saying they were very busy. It has been silence ever since despite multiple attempts to reach Rizwards. Now, I am stuck with an expensive, well-made - but useless to me - garment. Buyer beware.

Een schommel besteld en wat accessoires. Producten rechtstreeks verstuurd uit Pakistan. Dat betekende € 32 extra kosten aan douanerechten waarvan geen melding wordt gemaakt op de website. De kwaliteit van de accessoires viel enorm tegen. Drie keer een bericht gestuurd aan klantenservice. Nooit antwoord gehad.

I bought a custom-fit product, which was produced entirely wrong, so it was not usable at all. Cost was 270 GBP.
After confronting the chat agent with this, she said I should look for a skilled leather craftsman myself, give the item to him/her and they would compensate the bill.
The craftsman was not able to fix everything, so it still does not fit perfect.
This is now 2 months ago and I still did not get my money back! I payed 150€ for the rework! Now I have payed all that and still have no fitting product! In the meanwhile, the chat-agent stopped answering my questions when I wil get my money.

I will never ever by something from Rizwards Leather and cannot recoomend any other person to do so!

We’ve used many different swings in the past, but this one, OMG! We were at a local LS club and they had this exact one. We fell in love with it immediately. We contacted the owner to find out where she purchased it, she set the link and boo, rdered it! So well thought out from the pockets for lube and toys to the extremely comfortable padded seat. The quality is above and beyond any others we’ve used. If you’ve been shopping around for one, we strongly recommend this exact one from this seller. Can’t recommend it enough. Super happy with the kit! Arrived very quickly and material is very high quality, has lots of buckles and laces so it can be fitted to my limbs for a snug fit! Can't wait to get more use out of it.

This month i have ordered a leather cloak. Their customer service is so good i recommend this store.

Initial customer service fantastic, fast responses and very helpful. Although weakness shows massively when an issue raised. Slow response to the point of ignoring any message sent in regards to parcel not being delivered, nearly a month now and no resolve had and STILL out of pocket over £200. Never will I entertain this company again. Was excited to receive the product as it appears to get glowing reviews. Shame I'll never know.

We ordered a swing only pack in 120kg size. Order was delivered in a timely fashion. Product is exactly as described and very well made. I would have given a 5 star rating but I feel there should be some sort of basic instructions for attaching the various slings. I know it varies by customer but….just saying.
We are elderly and need support and comfort, so this swing gives us both!

Jeg har været i mere eller mindre konstant kontakt med kundeservice siden jeg bestilte fra deres butik.
Hjemmesiden har base i England, men varerne bliver åbenbart sendt fra Pakistand.

Jeg har bestilt 2 varer. Den ene er som på hjemmesiden. Alt er godt der.
(Og derfor har jeg givet 2 stjerner. Det ene produkt er som lovet, beskrevet og afbilledet).

Den anden vare er væsentlig ringere kvalitet end beskrevet og billederne på hjemmesiden viser tydeligt en anden vare end den jeg har modtaget. Jeg har betalt flere tusinde kroner, for en vare, som jeg ikke har fået. Jeg har vedhæftet dokumentation for min påstand, men de afviser det blankt.
De nægter at give mig pengene tilbage og de besvarer nu heller ikke længere på mine henvendelser.

Jeg vil fraråde ALLE, at handle gennem dem og deres hjemmeside. Når kvaliteten i kundeservice og produkt er så lav (som i dette tilfælde), så køber jeg hellere produkter på alibaba/ wish eller lign.
Der kan du i det mindste få dine penge tilbage, hvis du fortryder købet eller er utilfreds med varen.

Jeg regner med at dette desværre har været dyre lærepenge for mig, men derfor har de også gjort sig fortjent til en anmeldelse herinde, så andre ikke får samme oplevelse.
