Unseriöse Plattform. Finger weg...
Würde Wochen lang täglich mehrfach angerufen. Ich solle doch mein Konto freischalten usw. Einwände und Ablehnung wurde ignoriert, am nächsten Tag das selbe Spiel. Mal mit Telefonnummern aus England, Deutschland, Schweiz und ohne Nummer Kennung. Wenn diese Plattform seriös wäre, dann mit einer Begrüßungsmail und einem Anruf( Hier die Bedürfnisse des Kunden achten)

I didn’t know anything about trading, the commercial I saw on social media, did not reflect what happened with me .
I thought AI did the job , but I had and adviser who told me, talking to me with an attitude telling me he is the director of this platform , he has many years of experience.
Advising me to put more money on the account, telling me to do actions according to investing.com . Which I did. Then he never ever told me about the stop loss function which I discovered by myself!!!!!!!!! I lost everything….
And he yelled at me saying that I did all the bad decisions. He taught me some things, but trading is not my job… we opened more than 10 different forex all in the negative and according to investing.com on Friday morning it said to strong sell gold . So I opened for gold . Then all day long gold went up , I tried to contact him by sms by email ect…. He did not reply until 9pm and only by email not phone……
I looked on ChatGPT and send the end of month report to the AI and all the warnings went off, I discovered stop loss and many things different than he told me. And today he asked me to put more money on the account or I would lose everything!!!!! I already put everything on it following his advices ..
I then called customer support telling them for the second time to have another adviser.
The first time this happened is because I felt very very pressured to put more money into my account..
but customer service put me back into his hands….
Today same issue, I ask customer service to talk to someone else and I recognized his voice as soon as he opened his mouth on the phone(even if he said he was a different firstname ) when they called back,
so I called again customer service and a woman answered but I could ear him next to her!!!!!!!!!
It was my worst experience ever, I lost everything!!!!!! If I could I would put 0 stars I hope this helps someone.SCAM DON’T DO IT !!!!!

Am besten kein Stern! Ich werde seit Wochen gestalked und von verschiedenen Nummern angerufen täglich mittlerweile! Ich blockiere alles und jeden und immer wieder von einer neuen Nummer angerufen und das Problem ist am Telefon heb ich ab und sag es denen schon die ganze zeit ich hab mir das abgehorcht ich will da nicht miteinsteigen und das checken die nicht ! Unglaublich wie man da behandelt wird und mit anrufen belästigt wird! Wie viele nummern die schon haben ist echt betrug und wollen mich zwingen ein konto bei denen zu eröffnen! Gebt ja nicht eure email oder tel nummer für den rückruf an ihr werdets dann gestalked

Sehr einfache Kontoeröffnung und transparente Gebühren – genau das, was ich gesucht habe.

Decent but not perfect. It’s reliable and I appreciate the fast order execution, but compared to a couple of other brokers I’ve tried, the platform feels a bit basic. If they improve the interface and add more analytics, it could be top-tier.

It’s okay. Works fine for basic CFD trading, but I expected more customization options for charts and strategies. That said, the spreads are fair, and for someone who wants straightforward access to markets, it does the job.
