Same experience as everyone else. This is the fourth company I’ve bought linen clothes from which turn out to be made of polyester. The items took ages to arrive, had no paperwork attached, were clearly sent direct from China and look nothing like the photos.
The thread is far too thin to be linen, and the weave pattern is stamped on, which would not be the case with a “55% natural linen, 45% soft cotton” fabric, as per the description on the website. This time it’s even worse than the other companies that have scammed me in similar ways: the manufacturers have deliberately cut out the fabric content label from their clothes to conceal the deception. On burning a thread that came off one of the garments, the thread melted instantly, giving the game away. Attempts to contact the company by email, contact form and phone to ask for a refund have so far all been met with silence. I will update my review if the situation changes and I manage to obtain a refund. In the meantime, I strongly urge anyone falling victim to these tactics to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider immediately and not waste any time.

Ordered a pair of size bohemian espadrille size six platform wedges, three weeks later they come packaged in a black bag no reciept and what I can only describe as hideous! absolutely nothing like the pictures and around two sizes too small. Absolutely scammed and from the other reviews can imagine I’ll get no response for a refund. I urge people to read reviews before purchasing from this company and avoid!!! Unless you want to throw money down the toilet!!!

Absolute scam of a company, if I could give it zero stars I would. Shoes took way too long to arrive and was just wrapped in bubble wrap, was also given a tracking number that didn’t exist. The shoes looked different to the pictures. Tried to return them and was a given a useless response. Reached out three more times and still have yet to receive any reply. Stay away.

I WISH I read the reviews on here before purchasing with this brand. Complete scam company. They took a few weeks to dispatch my item and after I emailed many times chasing this up they finally replied saying they’ve now dispatched it. I fill in the contact form to initiate a return (as per their return guidelines on their website), and I get absolute radio silence. I’ve sent a total of 10 emails requesting a refund and have disputed through my payment method now to try and resolve this. It’s been 3 months since I first asked for a refund. Still no reply. I will be reporting this company as fraudulent

I purchased a product - very slow to arrive. It doesn't fit or match the style I expected. I want to send it back and get a refund. However, they do not answer emails nor phone calls. There is no customer service at all.

Regretting my purchase - although registered in the UK (I did check in advance) the shipping seems to be coming from China via USA and isn't here in time for my holiday despite ordering well in advance. Should have read the online reviews first, live and learn!

Complete scam company. Ordered a pair of shoes that were due to arrive two days ago, I went to check the tracking link I’d been sent and it didn’t exist!! I’ve tried to contact the company on multiple occasions and I’ve gotten nothing but radio silence. Steer CLEAR of them!!

Been trying to contact company about returns as it suggests on its website.
Have filled in their form via ‘contact us’ and emailed now 3 times but no reply.
Sizing of clothing not aligned with sizes requested.
Quality of clothing not as good as photos.
Avoid this company.
