How reiki helped turned my LIfe.
Back in May 2025, I hit one of the lowest points of my life. My health was slipping, my relationships were tangled, and everything around me just felt like chaos. I was stuck—trapped in cycles of anxiety, fear, and depression. Deep down, I knew how bad things had gotten, but I couldn’t figure out how to pull myself out of that darkness. I remember praying—asking God for some kind of sign, something to help me find clarity, peace, and a fresh start.
Then, I talked with my sister, he said that her an old friend Aritri is a Reiki Healer and you can talk to her. She mentioned she was offering tarot readings. I told her I am interested in reading. I said, why not, I decided to get a reading for myself, hoping for some guidance.

My senses became sharper, and I found myself using Reiki in all kinds of ways: to sleep better, prep for meetings, work through problems, and, most importantly, for meditation. It gave me this clear mental space that I hadn’t felt in forever.

Reiki hasn’t just helped me feel better—it’s been transformative. It’s opened up a whole new world of spiritual growth and inner healing. Every day, I’m learning new ways to use it, especially for nurturing my inner self.

Now, I’m planning to take Reiki Level 2 because I want to dive even deeper into this practice. Looking back, I’m so grateful that Aritri reached out and that I decided to take a chance on Reiki.
