I sent management an email almost a month ago. Since then I have sent several more emails. Not a single one of them was ever answered. When I get on the live chat and then ask Support about them they always say they are going to follow up and to please give it more time. I would give them less if I could! They operate without a Supervisor available at anytime.. MOSTLY, THEY DON’T PAY WITHDRAWALS! SO DON’T EVER DEPOSIT cause you won’t get paid. They are thieves and I am turning them into the F.B.I. for cybercrimes

They used to payout when I requested small payouts. Now that I’ve requested a payout over $650, I get different excuses every day why it takes time but no clear timeline. The excuses are copy and paste, and it’s funny they don’t even remember which lie they’ve given in the previous chat.

Like a ton of other reviews on here regarding cash outs, my first one was super smooth after kyc verification and funds sent promptly as stated in their terms and conditions. Since that cash out, I’ve deposited around $2500. Yesterday I withdrew $1251 and it’s still pending almost 36 hours later. I’ve contacted support multiple times. Some say high volume of cash outs so delayed and some say awaiting compliance department to get verification from slot providers. But I do not agree with this, and if this is not a trivial mistake on the part of the casino, then let them justify their accusations! Because I'm an honest player. In all casinos, I make deposits without using bonuses and play only slots so that there are no problems with withdrawal later! And ritzslots casino is no exception! I have only one account in ritzslots. No one else has access to it. Matches at the IP address are unlikely, because I only use the services of my Internet provider and never connect to public wifi! And I'm ready to go through verification, which they didn't even ask me to do, how can they even accuse me of having MULTIPLE accounts! Why would I do that? If I didn't use any bonuses? Should there be some kind of intent in multiple accounts? Maybe to circumvent self-exclusion? So I'm ready to go through any verification, but no one has asked me for it yet, and anyway, the casino ignores me. Or is it done to make a profit?
