Ritual Labs - Happy Liver Arvostelua 

I ordered the product on June 4 and received it on June 16, I had paid the addition shipping fee of $14.95 to have it rushed, it was only suppose to be a few days. That should have been my first red flag. After receiving the product, I realized it did contain ingredients that I could not use with my meds. I never opened the bottles and emailed Ritual Labs to request to return. I was told they couldn't find my order, (3 times) and all three times I sent them a copy of the order from them. Finally, they said they would issue a refund when they received the product back at my expense and gave me an address to mail the product to in Miami Florida. I mailed it back on the 20th with a tracking number and on the 22nd I received notice that it was undeliverable because it location was Vacant. Additionally, at that point they ghosted me. Not only did they give me a bogus address but never intended to honor their return policy. This company is a scam, be wise and look at the reviews. They did the same type of thing to many people. Think twice before purchasing from this company!

Absolutely terrible Customer Support if you want to return unwanted shipments they automatically ship to you. They just will not respond.

Where do I start!!! They have ZERO customer service. I tried to cancel, they never respond. My credit card company states the charge shows as a reoccurring charge, so now I’ve blocked them. All their reviews are fake. Oh… and I never received my product! They said it was delivered, 21 days after my initial order. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are scammers.

Please do not buy from this company. They do not have a phone number and they are extremely hard to deal with. They have giving me two different addresses to return my product by email. I’m still trying to find out where to send them back. You also have to pay for the shipping. I’m sure they are trying to let the 30 day return policy run out.

Happy Liver has not done a thing for me. I keep trying to get my money refunded per their guaruntee and they are being very unhelpful. Many companies stand by their guaruntee. Ritual is NOT one of them!

I just ordered and have yet to get it so I am only rating this based on what communication I have had from their customer service, and they have been great, no AI, a real human. I would recommend them adding the town or state the transit is in at the time of updating. They don't give a delivery date either and at the time of the order say 7-14 days but during transit would be awesome because then you know if they are on schedule. Love having a human respond though.

I have not tried the product yet but I wanted to make sure that I didn’t have a subscription. Because I don’t like subscriptions. If I like the product I will reorder it on my own. They responded to my email immediately and were very helpful

I have continued to be charged for and receiving shipments for Happy Liver after cancelling my recurring subscription, which I was unaware that I'd signed up for. Also, I was quizzed 3 times as to why I wanted to cancel, and then even after receiving an email saying the subscription would be cancelled, I have received and been charged for a further shipment 1 month later. Very shoddy business.

Customer Service addressed my issue immediately and was in contact about a refund without any questions. I would rate this company and the customer service a 5 star.

Deceptive delivery practices. They keep sending you orders without your consent and when you go to try to cancel it, they make it very difficult and they still keep sending you products.

Communication via email was confusing. The issue has been resolved now.

I have not received my product yet and my last two tracking entries are in chinese, which does me no good. I sent a message to the company andd received an immediate reply. That was the good part. They apologized that the update was in a different language and referred me to a link for tracking. The same one I had already been on and was in chinese!

The first shipment arrived quickly. The bottle sizes changed, and I looked closely. The labels were different, ingredients different, and had conflicting quantities recommended. I write the company twice and halted using. No one has ever gotten back to me why the name of product is the same but nothing else matches the original ingredient labels. I sent photos of conflicting information and instructions. Write again. ZERO RESPONSE.

I have tried to cancel my subscription on your site, I have sent multiple emails trying to cancel, your link that you send does NOT work, I returned your last shipment, I sent a copy of the tracking and I am still waiting for my credit to my credit card so I am very UNHAPPY with your company!!
