They put me on auto renew after I complained to them. They said they would reverse. Then they did it again 2 times!!! This is fraud. I never signed up for this, yet they can make false charges using my card? Finally got tried of their lies and cancelled my credit card. Don't support these liars. Only order from approved sites like Amazon from now on. I was suckered in by their flashy ad on Facebook!

I certainly wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before I bought pills from this company. I suddenly got a message that another shipment was coming. I never signed up for a subscription . I contacted them immediately and asked to cancel. They did that but couldn’t stop the delivery for some idiotic reason like the office not being in the same location as the depot. And their policy was not to pay for return postage. Well, my policy is not to pay for scammers, so I am waiting for the new delivery to appear and get some legal help. Absolutely outrageous. Stay away!

Placed a one-time order. Yesterday received 2 additional bottles a month after receiving my order. Portal showed I had subscribed. I had not. Was charged $79.98. Cancelled subscription. Thinking I need to cancel my credit card based on other reviews.

Did what was promised. Professional, prompt and courteous.

I wish I had read these reviews before I tried Happy Liver and suddenly was roped into a subscription I never signed up for. I was surprised to see the supplements come from China. I feel duped.

Absolutely a SCAM. I need to change my banking information because they do not cancel your accidental subscription. When you call they refer you to at least three different people. One guy said he would cancel the subscription but of course he did not.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. This is a spam company. They have bogus posts on facebook where a bot/fake account will ask a question you might be concerned about (cholesterol), then many people will chimes in (bots or paid responders) and a doctor will chime in with a long scientific sounding post with a recommendation for a product (Happy Liver) and a link.

The product was shipped out promptly and I received it quickly. It’s easy to take and works wonderfully.

DO NOT ORDER FROM RITUAL LABS! There was a “doctor” on fb who recommended their “happy liver” supplement. So many of us fell for it. But here’s the thing, a lot of their comments on instagram are hidden, probably the negative ones. Their “support email” doesn’t work. Their website says they are from FL but it shipped from China, and when the package arrived 2 weeks later it said it was from Irving,TX. This is a fake company and that was probably a fake “doctor”. This is the ONLY way to leave a review bc you can’t leave one on their fb or IG bc they’ll hide it and there’s not a main homepage on Google.
