Got here in 3 days. The actual ceroma is really nice. It has smooth hits and tastes great. I am planning on upgrading to the qaroma soon.

Patrick has bar none provided the best customer service I have ever had. Not just within the industry but in general. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond what is deemed standard business practices for most places these days. My only complaint is I keep wanting to give him my money!

From ordering to shipping it out. Everything got here fast and in great condition. Nothing was broken and I even got a nice written note! Plus the pre burn off of factory oils is GREAT!

Bought a Taroma lite and was promptly contacted for choices on colors and options for assembly. I am local so was able to arrange a local pick up and was enjoying it later that day! Incredible customer service, will definitely be shopping here for any vapor purchases that I can!

Super fast shipping, great quality products, and secure packaging!

Purchased a Taroma Lite with no clue how to set it up. Patrick was amazing enough that he got the device ready before shipping it so as soon as I received it, it was ready to be used!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Very fast, everything works great and it came with some free goodies!

Ritual has the highest quality dry herb products in the business and customer service to match! I come here for all my glass and vaporizer needs and love every purchase.

This place is awesome. Always a note with a quick starting tip. Thanks!

Wow! I can truly say Ritual has lived up to their reputation. I was making a purchase for a taroma lite plus and had a special request. Not only did Patrick accommodate my request but went above the call of duty. They have a customer for LIFE now!!!!

Great products of course, and Patrick was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew the options available and chose the right ones. Very clear that he wants satisfied and repeat customers, not just their money.

I ordered from ritual and Patrick was super helpful, it's nice to actually get a great personal experience with online shops these days but these guys knock it out of the park

I'll be ordering again for sure

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAST SHIPPING AND A GREAT PRODUCT.

Very easy to find what I was looking for. I had visited the site on several occasions knowing I was going to order the ceroma. The only thing that would have made it even better if there were drop down adapters available. I'm it usee if they were at one time but remember seeing them on a site not that long ago.
