Its a scam.

They are saying their invoices accepted by amazon, and they also provide LOA, but in the trustpilot I see many customers and saying it is a scam. How to trust them? And they also approved me as a reseller.

Ritual-Botanico.com is a complete scam. They pretend to be a wholesale brand, but nothing checks out. Their information is inconsistent, they push wire transfers only, and their “authorization” promises are fake. No real company hides behind a fresh domain with no verifiable business details.
Do NOT trust them. Do NOT send money. This site is designed to scam sellers.

I opened a wholesale account online and immediately received an email. As our conversation progressed, they asked for a payment and claimed they would provide invoices and documents only after the payment. This raised suspicion for me. I requested their business registration number and official information, and right after that, they stopped responding.

Please remember: No legitimate wholesaler or distributor will create an order or issue a proforma invoice only after you pay. They also will not ask for payment through random links.
Always make sure they have a verified corporate bank account (IBAN) and make payments via wire transfer or EFT, not through risky or personal payment links.

Thankfully, I was not scammed — and I am sharing this so you can stay aware and avoid similar traps. Stay alert and stay safe.

Our company opened a wholesale account with Ritual Botanico to supply products for our Amazon FBA business. After paying over $6,000 through Wise as their requested payment option, the company never sent our order and completely stopped responding to all emails.

We have since filed a complaint with the Business Fraudulent Bureau regarding their practices.

This brand is a scammer. They previously had a website called Elishine, where they scammed people, and that website has now been banned.
