Product is the best. The logistics is a problem: China to USA.

Credit card was billed but Ritche never delivered the watch band. It was #ORDER #11691. Ritche is non responsive when you try to contact them. Of interest is Ritche states on their delivery notice that if you did not recieve the watch band contact them and they never respond. Ordered on 3/14/2026 and Ritche sent and email stating it was delivered on 3/31/2026. Strongly recommend not placing any ordres with this company unless you like loosing money.

Delivery was a full two weeks after the order date. That's a little long these days, in my opinion. The watch straps are also 1/4" shorter than what's generally available. The sizing images are deceptive; the strap left after the buckle is much smaller than what's shown. If you're closer to the 8" wrist size, it won't wear very well.

UPDATED REVIEW: (my first review) - I still don’t have my watch bands and you’re asking me for a review? No updates on the status of my order, no shipping information, nothing. I’m a little disappointed. Please advise.

UPDATED REVIEW: I received my watch straps today (4/14/26). They are of the highest quality and very well priced. I changed my review from one star to four, taking off a star out of five as I am still disappointed with the lengthy delay in shipping and the fact that I did not get a response from Ritchie. But all that being said, I am very pleased with these watch straps and highly recommend them. Shop Ritchey for a good deal, pick the straps you want, be patient, and it will be with the wait.

My order was cancelled, but I received a full refund. I was just sad that I couldn't buy the products.

Took a long time to receive, was beginning to wonder if I would ever get them. But quality appears to be great, and packaging was phenomenal! Will buy again - just won’t be in a hurry! 😁

I never received my watch strap, I wrote multiple emails and have received nothing at all.

Great quality. They look good and are comfortable on my wrist. In addition, an amazing price that you can't beat.

I've ordered watch bands 2 weeks ago. So far no update on the status. The company did not reply to my e-mail asking for a status update.

Still no update. Seller does not respond to e-mail. Looks like I've been scammed.

My order's tracking number states it was delivered to the mailbox but it has not arrived. It couldn't have been stolen, so either the tracking number is incorrect or it was delivered to the wrong address. Not to mention the very long wait time prior to shipping the product.

I was not sure about how to measure the lug width and end up making a second purchase and hoping it is correct.

i have not received my watch band that was ordered on 11-21-25. i have tried to get a tracking number or an indication of the item being shipped or not

I would give a zero-star rating if it were possible. I placed an order November 19th and I have yet to get a notice that my order has shipped. There has been no response to my email or live chat inquiries. I'm starting to wonder if Ritche Watch Bands isn't just an internet scam. It would be nice to discuss the product itself, but I cannot. Based on my experience so far, if I keep my expectations low enough, maybe I won't be disappointed.

I ordered the wrong size (my fault) and I contacted you seven times by chat and email to see about exchanging it for the correct size and you never replied to any of my requests.
