Absolutely disgusted with the service from here for my daughters prom dresses she took out payment protection for the dress to get here on time which it did not.when it eventually arrived it was purple we ordered a blue dress the sequins were falling off and the dress did not fit. The zip was faulty and when tried to get a refund we were told no. Do not buy anything from this site its a scam the dresses are terribly made and customer service is awful thanks risias you just ruined my daughters day 😑

I always enjoy buying dresses from this store. The colors are very varied, the fabric quality is good, and the website is easy to navigate. When I bought something, I managed to get an incredible discount and I was very happy with my purchase!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Dress looked nothing like pictured and they would not give me my money back. DO NOT BUY. It is a scam.

The skirt fits well and the fabric feels nice, but it was wrinkled from being folded too tightly during shipping. I spent quite a bit of time ironing it before wearing it. Also, there was a thin thread on the hem that I trimmed myself. It's not a big deal, but it prevented me from giving it a higher rating.

Do not buy , warning fraud I have bought and they rip you off and send u a completely diffrent dress and don't offer refund

I ordered a wedding g dress, it took forever to get to me. I tried it on. First it doesn't look like what I ordered, the straps won't stay up, and the breast pads or attached by one string and they keep falling out. I tried to at get the straps fixed but due how it's made they cant. I ve.tried to reach out to customer service several times. They do not answer. When they did one time they wanted pictures of the problem. Pictures & video were sent. Never heard back from anyone until a week later. Same outcome, asked for Pictures, after that no reply again. This company is very unprofessional. I still don't have.wedding dress, and seems like I'm out $170. Thank Risias, never again! Don't shop here!!!
