Buyer beware. I purchased a trolling motor and waited over a week before contacting them to find out what was going on with my order. Was told my shipment was damaged and they couldn't give me the same one. The trolling motor was 150% higher on their site now. I paid over 1,000 and now it's over 2,600. Kinda shady if you ask me.

Please do not waste your money !! ..Part was not delivered as said..poor communication and undelivered promises. Absent and unclear return policy and procedures. Absolute TRASH Riot Parts !!

Ordered automobile seats, never received a tracking number, never received the item. I called and they claimed to be "out of stock" even though their website indicates otherwise. Asked to speak with a manager, never received a call. Emailed with a request to cancel my order and issue a refund, no response. Had to go through my credit card company to dispute the payment for goods that were never received. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else!

Update: Took my credit card company more than a month to get RiotParts to refund my money. RiotParts refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint that I filed. The entire experience with RiotParts has been a disaster.

Wrong part received, not even close. Then they want me to send it back at my own expense without providing me any shipping label. Now they tell me the part is not in stock, which they should have known when I ordered it. Customer service is now not talking to me, but they have my money. Be very cautious of this company. I have a feeling that I will never get my refund from them. BBB will be contacted soon if not resolved.

Wrong parts received then we were supposed to receive a refund and it still hasn't been received as of 9/26/2024. The refund was "processed" on 9/8/2024. Customer service has not responded to my husband's inquiry about the refund status that he sent on 9/24/2024. Customer service is lackluster.

I have reached out to the bank regarding this issue.

The best, got me the perfect parts that I needed. I will recommend them for more and more work in the future.

Contacted this company for a return on parts that did not fit. No phone number that I can find just email. Waiting for them to respond to two emails I sent for resolution to this Matter. Customer service responded. It was a mistake on my end. Excellent prices and fast shipping. Saved 150 dollars by purchasing from Riot.

I was in a hurry for a strut after being sent the wrong one by another company and these guys came to my rescue ,, made ordering super easy as I wasn't 100% sure what I needed but they sorted it and postage to the uk was really fast aswell , thanks guys
