Necklace sent with broken mechanism. looks cheep and poor quality. informed the store and they promised replacemnt. still waiting on it after about a month. they gave new tracking info which was for the previous and recieved faulty Necklace inhad ordered poor or non existant

Took 2 months to get my order. It came in an envelope with very little protection. Ordered 3 pair of earrings. One pair was bent, another had no backs and the 3rd was supposed to be rose gold but are gold. They are smaller then shown. The necklace looks like something you would get out of a gumball machine, and the same with the free one. Considering I didn't get any answers from them, it will be my loss. I'm just glad I didn't spend more , because as it is, it's almost a $50 lesson. Would never recommend!!

Terrible website. Got necklaces from them recently. One necklace arrived broken. One earring does not have a back. It does not look anything like the picture. Non existent customer service. Wrote a email to them . Got no reply. I they they pay people to write reviews. My daughter was so heart broken. This was supposed to be her Christmas present. Such Facebook sites should be banned. Scammers🤮🤮

Saw these and thought they looked really good. Ordered rose gold and the silver. Tried the rose gold and the fastening doesn't fit the pin. When trying to put the fastening on ,it bent the pin. Also they don't fit like the picture. You can see the bar that joins the four bars together. After reading the reviews, I don't think I'll try to get a refund and put it down as a lesson learnt. Before you buy these earrings please read all the reviews.

Saw the multi hoop earrings advertised on Instagram. They looked lovely and exactly I was looking for for my son’s wedding . I ordered them Dec 23. They were so slow in their process time and I finally got them Jan 2- after I needed them. The quality doesn’t look as pictured and they don’t fit right on the ear. In addition-the company states they are based in the UK. Why did my package come from (and not in a box ) China ? The studs were poking through the bubble wrap envelope. Very disappointing. Have received the clover necklace and very disappointed, both with quality and packaging. I’ve reached out to the company saying I want to return them and how to do so, as the instructions on their site are very vague. All I’ve had is an email asking why I wanted to return them, so replied, but heard nothing back. Very poor company and customer service.

Very poor quality jewellery - didn't expect much for the price but it is very poor. Contacted to ask for a refund, was told they would give me a voucher for their site. Emailed again to say I wanted to return and a refund and they have ignored me. Have emailed several times but nothing. Will go via PayPal now

I bought the rose gold Solo Symphony Earrings and they do not look like anything on the promotional photograph. They arrived completely mangled for starters in a flimsy cardboard box which did not offer sufficient protection so the backs were totally bend. The studs do not fit properly so when you put them on, again the backs bend and I am concerned that eventually they will break. When you put them on, they look like you are wearing a bend fork in your ear as the zirconia stones are much smaller than shown on the photograph and hardly show. I read some of the reviews of these earrings and thought surely, they cannot be that bad, but they are! Obviously I can't speak for their other jewellery.

Earrings were poor quality and arrived bent and in smashed packaging. Definitely could not give as a gift. Very disappointed and company will not respond back!!

Received faulty item informed I would need to return at my expense, after numerous emails informed they would send out a replacement, no replacement received. I have since worn the necklace I ordered which has tarnished and a stone has also fallen out of the earrings I purchased.

Scam company - sent a blank card in an envelop instead of the earrings I ordered and when disputed, they sent over the delivery confirmation (after weeks of waiting for response) - yes, I had a delivery but there was NOTHING in the delivery just a blank card. This is clearly their tactic to scam people as they can still trace back that a delivery had happened despite nothing in the package.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered earrings nothing like the picture. Returned at my own expense. They say we’re processing refund 3 weeks ago. Have sent 4 emails chasing and am being completely ignored. SCAM company!!! 😡

This site is SCAM never receive my order the tell me it is lost so they will send another one... and i never heard of them again and the worst they block me for mailing them !!!!!

This site is a scam, offered free express shopping and a gift along with the earrings i ordered. Shipping was slower than most companies standard shipping, I was automatically sent an apology and money off coupon which is clearly a ploy to generate repeat business. No free gift sent at all.

When the earring arrived the look like plastic tat, garbage packing that made them look even cheaper. Not the lovely product the door implies you will get. Have them to my wife anyway as I'd paid for them. They didn't fit like the picture on the site showed and looked terrible. They'll be going in the bin.

Don't bother with this place.

Yea, right! Their statements, website, pictures, and videos do not reflect the reality of their products. The pieces I purchased—a necklace and earrings—appeared to be poorly handcrafted. Some stones mounted on the metal were missing, while others were glued in the wrong positions. I have never encountered such rudimentary jewelry that cannot be worn.

This company is a fraud.

Do not order from this website.

They show good jewlery and send you worst cheap quality jewlery even pound shop has good jewlery than this.

I want to return the item and they're not giving me refund. Worst custome service and a bunch of scammers

Riley Watson says they guarantee satisfaction, and that they have a high standard of items. None of that is true. I bought a neckalce as a Christmas present for my wife which arrived faulty. I then requested a REFUND as I had to buy another item as a replacment. After sending pictures of their necklace theya acknowledged it was faulty, but never acknowledged the full refund request. Instead they issued a replacement which arrived FAULTY also even worse than the original. They are not trustworthy.
