I ordered a pair of earrings from this company, and payment was taken from my PayPal account on 31st January.
I have still not received my earrings, and despite emailing the company asking when my parcel will arrive, all I’ve received is emails stating in very small print ‘Batch delivery to carrier’. What the heck does that even mean???? If I don’t get a confirmed delivery date today I will seek a refund from PayPal. Needless to say I will never order anything from Riley Watson Jewellery again

The company is based in Hong Kong, although this is not stated on their website. I also believe that five star reviews here are AI generated, as the words and phrases are very similiar.

The postcode BN1 1HH is in Brighton, not London! So even the address is fake…….online search shows the address is a coffee shop.

They don’t deserve a star. They are a scam company, they take your money and send any old tat to you, when you ask for a refund they blank you. Need reporting to Trading Standards.

Ordered earrings 2 feb to hope they arrives before valentine's day, today is 14 feb, and my parcel not here, not happy at all, and they don't have phone number

0 stars is relevant to this company. I received broken earrings. Emailed them and was told they would send a replacement. Never received it. Asked for a refund no reply . Do not buy from this company. They are a sham

I ordered before Christmas what I thought was a pair of ear rings, as advertised, but "one item" turned out to be one ear ring. It took 2 weeks to arrive and was poorly packaged. I asked for a refund and sent it back on 9th January by first class post. On the 16th they agreed to a refund on receipt of the item and I'm still waiting for it. They're quick to reply initially and talk of a "hassle free" refund process, but this has been anything but hassle free. They don't answer my emails and there is no phone contact number for customer services. I wish I'd read the other reviews first as I'm clearly not the only one awaiting a refund.

Needed a return for an earring I received that was broken upon arrival. They just ignored me. I sent all the information needed for a return including returning the earings , and pictures of the broken earring post on a timely fashion. They ghosted me. Would never order from them again. The product quality was not as sturdy as it should be.

I ordered earrings from RW expecting to get a branded item. What I got was a cheap item which looked like it came off a market stall. I returned the purchase and tracked the parcel. RW confirmed it had arrived and my refund would be with me within 3 working days. 10 days later I asked why the delay and was told to, 'be patient'. Further weeks have passed and still nothing. I have now asked my credit card company to intervene.

I bought a necklace for my sister’s birthday, and it was a huge hit. The pendant was beautifully crafted, and the chain was delicate yet sturdy. She wears it every day and always receives compliments.

If I could give 0 rating I would but sadly 1 is the lowest I can do. I ordered a pair of earring as a Christmas present and didnt arrive up till now. I contacted Yodel when I got the delivery notification that I did not recieve the item.and I was redirected to Riley's contact which didnt help 1 bit when I told them I did not recieve the item. Till now I still havent got the item and their customer service could not help resolve the issue which I find a bit odd. Not a refund was issued nor did I recieve the item I ordered. My advice is not to buy anything from them.

I had ordered few jewellery for my daughter's as Christmas present, I did not receive parcel on time firstly and after receiving the products they are very bad in quality than it appears on their website or description. I just returned everything through the tracked post, on receiving which they neither made a refund nor respond to my queries. I have not had such pathetic experience so far with any sort of purchase in UK. But Riley is one of the worst I must say.

If I could give a MINUS I would. Like others, I ordered the huggie earrings and they look horrible in person. They hang lower on the earlobe and nothing like advertised. I contacted them and they offered a credit to their company but I insisted on a refund and now they ghost me, the will not respond to emails. This company is a SCAM!

I purchased earrings that are supposed to be huggie earrings and they look nothing like a huggie. They hang too low and look cheap. When I contacted them to get a refund, they told me I couldn't have a refund and they would give me a store credit. It's been 2 weeks now. They won't let me do the refund and they have not given me my store credit. Also, they have stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT purchase from this company.

Terrible quality feels like something made by a Child.

Buyers Beware!
The order I received was nothing like the photos and the presentation box was snapped in half, upon photos and an initial email they said they would refund me once I had returned the items (postage to be paid by myself) I paid postage and opted for tracked to ensure it got there, i never received my refund and they have stopped replying to my emails asking where the refund is with confirmation that they accepted the parcel from the delivery company. So they have taken my money, charged me for returning items and received their items back. I hope this is enough to warn anyone thinking of using this company

Jewellery looks lovely on the website HOWEVER when you receive the jewellery, it is far inferior. When ask for an exchange or a refund, Riley will only give you a credit note. CON JOB! DO NOT BUY!!!! When you write in again to inform them that you would only like a refund back to your original payment card, Riley will ignore you. I would give 0 stars if I could. They also delete negative reviews on the website, hence they reviews 'looks so high'. BEWARE!!!

False advertising - nothing like the pictures- they look sparkly, they are cheap dull, costume jewellery. I was concerned as I had never heard of the company however there were so many facebook reviews saying how great the products are. These are clearly fake reviews

I purchased the Solo Symphony Earings in gold.

Unfortunately these don't fit like they do in the picture/advert.

The pin is in the wrong place and doesn't balance the earings correctly. They do not hug the earlobe like the picture suggests they should.

It's like the design would be better suited to two pins and therefore 2 piercings.

Since it won't let me leave a review on their website!

I was super excited to receive the order. The pictures and videos made the items look super Sparkly and good quality.
Realistically they are cheap looking and definitely not like the pictures. I guess you get what you pay for though so I shouldn't be surprised.

The best item by far was the free infinity bracelet.

Lesson learned. Fine if you want something very cheap looking, don't bother if you want it to look like the pictures.
