Well coordinated team, easy to contact and track purchase progress. Highlight for me was the negotiation of "completion date" which was very tactfully and professionally dealt by RCC team.
Additionally, they were quick, given the circumstances of the purchase, found issues and got them fixed, keeping in mind their customer's best interest. For us they put in place an indemnity policy by the seller where drive access to the property was missing.

I want to thank Right Choice for the work done at a high and professional level. I am very grateful for their help and I am happy to recommend them to everyone.

Just to confirm how shocking their service is, there has been no contact made by Wrong Choice conveyancing since my last review. Maybe this will prove my point after all. I wasn't in the slightest surprised by this lack of contact. It's just indicative of how awful a company they truly are.

Bought a new house and was recommended to this company by estate agent. Overall the experience was disappointing as certain important paperwork was lost. We did get scans but expected the original copies. We were told that they were under no obligation to provide these. When we first commissioned them, we did state that this information was the most important to us but admittedly did not expressly request written originals.
We were also informed by them along the way that they would pay the estate agent a commission for the recommendation.
We have only placed this review now as we waited around 5 months for our names to be registered with the Land Registry. (This may have been a wait due to the Land Registry, we are not sure)
Some of the people we dealt with were pleasant, but others were not particularly helpful.
Overall we would not recommend dealing with this company.
