Refused to dispense a product they had previously sent me. Their suggested replacement was a product I have previously used and found to be ineffective. I don't recall them telling me the trade name of the product. I will not be using them again.

I tried calling you earlier today to discuss your recent review and the concerns you raised, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reach you.
I understand your frustration regarding the change in your prescription. I would like to clarify why this decision was made:
Clinical Guidelines & Safety: While we may have dispensed a specific product to you previously, our clinical team reviews every order individually against the most current safety guidelines. In this instance, the medication you requested could not be approved for your safety.
Patient Safety First: As a regulated healthcare provider, patient safety is our absolute priority. If a prescriber deems a specific dose or brand unsuitable based on your current profile, we must follow that clinical advice.
Resolution: Because we could not fulfill the original request, we dispensed a safe alternative for one part of your order and issued a full refund for the item that was not approved.
We apologise if the trade name of the replacement was not made clear during the process. Our goal is always to provide effective treatment within the bounds of clinical safety.
If you would like to discuss the specific clinical reasoning behind this decision, please let me know a convenient time to call you back, or feel free to reply to this email.
