There was a delay for me in receiving my parcel great product so far just make sure you have all medical evidence they want from outset. That wasn’t made clear to me, may have missed it but once completed all was good

They trick me with the cancellation I placed an order by mistake and immediately sent a mail for cancellation and also sent on watsap lithely said it will be passed to refund team and I trusted hoping they will not process the order,after 5hours they processed the order and I messaged back that I have cancelled this order so why did they processed it they said they are sorry as my order passed the confirmation stage who does that
I sent an official mail for an order to be cancelled and you went ahead and purposely approved it
If you don’t refund me back my money I will drag your company

Awful customer services, please AVOID!
Awful customer services, works great till you have a problem. Wish I could post my CANCELLATION PLEASE email on here, as I've never known a company lie as much as this one. Had to open a disputed payment case with my bank, as this company has not incoming calls facility and are unable to ring customers back to discuss complaints. Been a customer since Jan 23 and spent thousands but this means nothing to this company. My recommendation is to AVOID!
