I tried to book a taxi transfer in Palma de Mallorca through Ridlyy and paid what was advertised as a €0.50 booking fee. The booking was never confirmed and I had to cancel it - the status in my account shows "Cancelled". There was no mention anywhere in the process that this would enrol me in a subscription.
Two days later, without any notice, Ridlyy charged €49.90 to my card for a "Monthly Subscription" I never knowingly signed up for. I logged in, found an active subscription I never agreed to, and clicked "Cancel Subscription". I received a cancellation confirmation by email, but the account still shows the plan as "Active" with another €49.90 due the following month.
I sent a written refund request citing their own terms, which require advance notice before auto-renewal - notice I never received - but have had no response. This looks like a classic subscription trap: a tiny upfront fee for a service that fails, followed by a hidden recurring charge that's hard to actually cancel. I'm now filing a chargeback with my bank. Avoid.

It seems to be fraud. They created an account without any notification, email. Taxi I was trying to book didnt come and they withdrew 50 eur for monthly subscription

Fraudsters
Company charged £0.50 to prebook a taxi. The taxi never showed up so I cancelled it. The next day the fraud team from my bank contacted me to tell me they had tried to take £39.90 from my card!! I never even got into a taxi and the journey would not have cost that much anyway. Scam!!!

Extreme Abzocke
Extreme Abzocke. Ich wollte einfach nur ein Taxi über den Service buchen, das niemals ankam (keine Erklärung, kein Anruf, nichts) – dann wollen sie mit Kleingedrucktem, was man im Stress natürlich nicht sofort sieht, einem ein 50 € Abo aufdrehen … gehört verboten.
