Absolutely blown away by this company. Live in Devon and ordered mice from pinks to hoppers and they arrived fully frozen by lunchtime the next day. Very well packed in polystyrene box with dry ice p... Näytä lisää

Delivery problem, no problem

Due to a technical problem at the courier my delivery arrived 24hrs late.
Fearing the worst I opened the box and most were still frozen.
The freezer pack at the base was still solid.
Excellent thank you

I ordered frozen rats for my bps

I ordered frozen rats for my bps, I messed up and put the wrong postcode but they was lovely about this and changed it for me.the rats came quick, frozen and in great condition definitely will become my regular supplier now as was previously going to pets at home but they had no where near the verity and was not as money efficient as Ridgeway . Happy snakes = happy human

Top marks, sent very promptly, fair price for delivery to the Highlands, arrived still completely frozen and well packaged. Highly recommend, thanks Ridgeway!

I always order from Ridgeway

I always order from Ridgeway for our rats. Good quality and delivery is really quick and I am notified when it will be arriving. This is really important to me as had bad experiences in the past with another company, £80 worth of rats defrosting on the doorstep.
