Customer service via email is absolutely disgusting they don't even reply despite asking a simple question. There is no phone number to get in contact and they don't respond to emails.
Gor company like there's I think it's highly disgusting and ignorance to ignore customers questions and concerns

Sorry to hear you didn't receive a response from us - on checking our Help Centre we did not receive your initial request. We always aim to respond within 48hrs, on review of your ticket once we received your enquiry our team responded within 10 minutes.

Quad pro stove…
Had an issue on a newish quad pro stove ,canister thread ng. Parts are on back order so currently still waiting, response was quick and helpful, however still no part.
Update, part now received, excellent response team.

Outstanding Service and Excited to Switch!
I recently contacted RidgeMonkey for a professional reason, and Jess got back to me super quickly. She was incredibly helpful.
On a personal note, I’ve been loyal to the same brand for all my terminal tackle for over 20 years. But after seeing the incredible rise of RidgeMonkey and even getting the chance to chat with one of their top anglers, it feels like the perfect time to make the switch.
I’m genuinely excited as I write this — I’m waiting for a big box of RidgeMonkey terminal tackle and clothing to arrive today! - Any moment now! The combination of great customer service and the buzz around their products makes me confident this is the right move.

Great customer service after sales - rare?
Jess at Ridgemonkey sorted out a problem I created (I lost a handle- doh). No fuss. No bother. This ridgemonkey is good quality kit and customer service is just as good. Very refreshing

Five star service won a power pack over…
Five star service won a power pack over year and half ago first time of using it wouldn’t charge after a few emails they agreed to post a new unit out to me couldn’t ask for a better service.

Deep connect handle replacement
Had a pair of broken handles for deep connect. Emailed customer services and provided receipt and photos. New handles sent out the following day. Excellent customer service

I bought the ridge monkey combo
I bought the ridge monkey combo . Because they advertise the ridge monkey as a snack which type toaster I expected the combi to be a snack which type toaster and steamer , it isn’t . You can use it as a steamer , only room really for one person meal but not as a snack which type toaster . You can separate the top from the bottom and use as 2 separate pans but that’s a bit pointless . Very disappointing .

Sorry to see you're unhappy with the functionality of the Combi & Steamer Pan. This pan features a deep-sided flat-bottom frying pan, a four-section pan, and a removable steamer tray.
Meal suggestions for the Combi & Steamer pan would be a full breakfast, steak and vegetables - the list goes on.
If you were looking for a specific product for toasties, we'd highly recommend our Connect Sandwich Toaster (standard or XL).
We're not aware of any advertisements of the Combi & Steamer being shown to be used as a toastie pan - if you're able to send to us what you've seen we'll review this ASAP.
First Class service
First Class service, I had a problem with my new C-Vault charger as it would only work when plugged into the mains. I contacted customer support via email and corresponded with Jess who was extremely helpful and supportive of my issue, I evidenced my issue and and a replacement was sent out that same day. I have now received my new one which works perfectly.
Thank you Jess and outstanding service fur Ridgemonkey, I would definitely recommend their service. They are way above other companies fir their service compared to others in the same market who I have dealt with before 👍
