I have to say I read some of these reviews, and I was a little bit worried, but not as worried as I would have been had I chosen one of the other providers. I have to say my pre-book experience was exceptional and I had no issues.

Pre booked a taxi at 10am for 4pm. Still waiting 20 mins later

Joke of a company

Pre book a taxi hours in advance and they’re constantly late, very unreliable. Very unprofessional

If you leave these guys waiting they charge you 33p every minute so why can’t they do the same for customers who wait and knock it off their fair

Use uber instead

I used this company for years! And today I refuse to use them again! I went to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy and a return home I have done this every month for a while. But today the driver proceeds to ring me 3 times including head office I was in there 10 15mins max! Harassing me telling me to hurry up with a really rude attitude! I cant demand the pharmacy to hurry up with controlled drugs! So initially it is not even my fault! I told them to just leave and put the phone down after the 3rd call! Rude arrogant behaviour!

Cancelled pre booked airport pickup 15 minutes before they were supposed to collect me, nearly missed my flight if it wasn't for a kind neighbour. Never use this company they are appalling

Poor lack ability to do customer service and arrogant so people will stop using them in time with their poorly implemented policies use another local burnley firm that has more ability to manage customers no loyalty never use them again poor customer service arrogant and lies

The hotel ordered a taxi the night before for 05.40...it never turned up.. They phoned the company, but the company just said the cab was on the way...
Luckily the hotel phoned another company and they arrived to get us to the train station on time

Ordered taxis last week and two of the drivers were not the individuals on the photo I'd cards hanging from the rear view mirrors

Ordered a taxi online, presumed it had been a card payment. Arrived at destination and driver said it was a cash payment. So payed him the money and later saw it had been taken out of my bank too. Drivers a liar, said he didn’t ask for any money. I had 3 witnesses! They’re not interested! Case closed ! STAY AWAY. No customer service whatsoever.

Can't drive safely, always try and argue with you about something, ask personal questions, make rude comments, take the longest route possible and waste your time, if you talk to them, they just ignore you. There are many better companies to choose.

Don’t use card payments on app! Car drove off while I was approach it booking was cancelled on there end
I made a complaint asking for credit
It was closed for no reasoning & not even a reply

RIDE - Shouldn’t be allowed on the road! Caused damage to my car when it was stationary. I rang customer service who are just as bad and aren’t willing to help or resolve. Hit and run , police been informed. I will definitely try to avoid this taxi company

Muhammad Shahid YL17GYE my booking didn’t turn up to location and put completed booking!!! Absolute shambles of a company taking money when not completing bookings and drivers doing this nonsense for a few quid.

This firm are thieves. I left my phone in one of their taxis. As soon as the car drove off I realised that I had left my phone in the taxi. Contacting them via phone is impossible. So I went into town and spoke to one of their drivers. They claimed they asked their office of my phone has been found and the office denied all knowledge of the fair (even though I booked it online). Eventually after I could prove that the fair was legit after showing them my invoice my phone was suddenly found. I even gave them my number to ring the phone and they just said it was dead. Yet when I got my phone back, I had no missed calls.
This firm is an absolute joke, liars and thieves work for them. Avoid at all costs.

My partner left his phone in the taxi on his way to work. This company looked after it, answered the calls when we rang the phone, and continued to keep it safe. They delivered it back at a cheaper rate... trustworthy and reliable.

Shouldn’t be allowed on the road!!!! Caused damage to my young son's brand-new car when he was stationary and giving way. The driver who goes by the name of Zeeshan got out of the car and was instantly hurling abuse and blatantly denying the damage. Had the audacity to phone the police acting like the victim. He is Still denying all fault and trying to say the damage was already there!! Rang customer service who are just as bad and aren’t willing to help or resolve. Disgusting all round! A prime example of why insurance is through the roof by scam artists like these!!!

I booked a return taxi from the holiday Inn express to the ightenleigh social club at 6.30pm and return at midnight, the outward journey was carried out, I showed the driver the taxi booking slip from the hotel and he assured me that the driver would return for me at midnight, this didn't happen no taxi came I waited for over 30 minutes.
I had to walk back to the hotel in the rain, in heels & on my own

You book a taxi it gives you a certain time

The certain time is always breached

Paying for a service which provides a time which the service does not stick to or the driver

I will not be using this taxi app anymore. Poorly managed

What do I mean by that drivers take too long even after the app has given estimated time

Drivers accepting new jobs before job is finished

Your lost

Drivers should think about things like this but they don't why because it's only money on your mind

After booking a taxi then waiting 10mins for the driver to arrive while the driver is around the corner not moving

Drivers are having a bad impact

Change your ways before people change there taxis
