Hello Chris am just a bit confused ? You bought the submariner from our company in October 2021 and left a super review but two years later you have changed the review to the attached.
Just a Couple of things Chris :
You've stated that after wearing the watch for two years that it fell of your wrist and that you noticed after two years of wearing this watch that you noticed two screws did not sit flush.
Screws can come out of any watch Chris specially after wearing it for two years. I do not know were you took the watch in Newcastle but you should have taken the watch to a main dealer an authorised 'AD' If you thought you had suspensions about the watch.
Couple of things that watch was bought from an 'AD' in London so was 100% perfect but all our watches are checked buy a reputable WOSTEP CERTIFIED / FBHI CERTIFIED ? BCWMG / Watch maker.
Am not sure your watch maker carries these qualifications.
Anyway Chris he has charged you £100 to certify a watch which you could have taken into your local Rolex Branch and they would have done this free of charge.
Also Rolex do not have aftermarket screws ? So again this person is talking nonsense.
Also the watch Is covered by the five year Rolex world wide warranty so you could have brought the watch to any Rolex store in the UK not a local watch maker.
Am sorry to hear about the above Chris but also you could have rang me and I could have sorted any issues with the watch even though you bought the watch admittedly in 2021 and have been wearing it.

Rich was easy to talk to and was a good laugh when I arrived to buy my watch.. getting in contact with himself about the watch I wanted and buying it was easy and straight forward.. I would recommend Richtime for anyone looking for a luxury watch at good prices.. will definitely come back to Rich and buy another soon wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Been looking for a submariner 41 date I’ve bought from AD dealers and no assurances of if and when possibility of getting one, found richtime through different platforms and richtime had what what I wanted being in Liverpool was a bonus for me made contact with rich he met me at the train station and took me to his office by the way was more secure than the Bank of England vault! Watch was exactly as described if you want better service ,honestly ,and integrity you will be hard to beat rich at rich time 5star plus
