Richmond Motor Group - Suzuki Fareham Arvostelua

Very helpful salesman Jag who was very clear on information.

I recently bought a new car with Jaq at Richmond. Jaq was really helpful and shared all the information I needed to know. Really great service 😊

Great service from Jag. Looked to give us a good deal and made us feel very comfortable buying a new car. He's an outstanding professional and thoroughly recommended.

Staff efficient and transparent, an honest car dealership.

Brilliant experience with Jag. Made the whole process really simple and explained everything so thoroughly

Jag made me feel comfortable from the moment we sat down and there was no pressure to buy a car. He was very helpful and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Richmond Suzuki. Thank you Jag.

Friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Very friendly and efficient salesman. He answered all my questions and provided information on items that I should have asked about but forgot at the time.
Vehicle was prepared in first class condition.
Five stars all the way.

5* from the moment we drove in (in our old car) until the moment we drove out in our "new" car. Top service, excellent range of clean and tidy cars, smart and approachable staff. Mo was our sales advisor, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely happy with our new purchase, everything went smoothly.

No hard sell, listened to our requirements carefully, discussed options and great test drive. We felt it was our decision and absolutely no pressure

I found Jag and his colleagues very helpful and was provided with plenty of relevant information
Jag was spot on on helping me choose just the right vehicle

Decided on a car I liked. Was left to look at the vehicle and test drive without any pressure. Peter was friendly and helpful all the way through my experience. Car is great. Would buy from again. Thanks.

My whole experience with Suzuki fareham has been 5 star, and especially with Jag, he was so helpful, but not pushy , very friendly and knowledgeable, a true professional, I would highly recommend buying your next car from here .
Thankyou Jag and Will .

Jag was excellent, the service he supplied was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable in his subject of both the car and finance and confidently answered all questions. Overall this was an enjoyable experience.

I popped in one weekend evening to test drive a used approved vehicle I had found on Autotrader, and Mo and Will couldn’t be more helpful. They were non-pushy and allowed me to test drive the car on my own and gave me a good 30minutes to enjoy the drive. The informative approach and no-pressure sales technique really works, they followed up with a phone call to give me details of the offers available on the purchase and gave me plenty of time to make up my mind. They had even reserved the car for me after I said I needed a little more time to get my ducks in order. I reserved the car with a small holding deposit and a the car was ready a week later. They even offered to have the wheels painted black free of charge which was an incredibly generous suggestion and sets the car’s style off brilliantly! I’m very impressed. The handover appointment went very smoothly and within 30minutes, I was driving away in my immaculate Mini. They even followed up with a phone call after 48hours of ownership to make sure I was enjoying the new car! Thank you Mo & Will at Suzuki, Richmond Motor Group, Fareham. I hope the aftersales is as high quality as I will endeavour to use their service in future. Thank you.
