Richmond Motor Group - Suzuki Fareham Arvostelua

Looked after by Peter Fowler, who was brilliant from the moment we entered the showroom. He made sure I was happy with my decision before proceeding, I didnt feel bulldozed at all - as I have at other dealerships! He went out of his way to ensure I could take my chosen car that day. He really knows his stuff so, if you’re in the market for a new car, I recommend you go to see him! Thanks Peter!

Decided to purchase a used Volvo XC40 for my daughter with a PX on her VW Polo. The online advert was excellent thus we called in to see it in the flesh. Approached by Sales Exec. Peter Fowler, who proved a charming, knowledgeable chap void of the usual pushy sales patter just intent on meeting our needs. During the negotiations, he covered all matters professionally and during the course of some 2 hours calmly answered all of our questions. We were also introduced to Will, Sam and Jaz and others who all represented Richmond at the highest level giving us full confidence in the Company and in the manner that they all worked so well as a team. Still awaiting papers from DVLA to complete a private plate transfer but otherwise, my daughter is driving her dream car and despite the B.O.D taking a bashing, we are all very happy. Thanks, Peter and team, you have certainly done yourselves and Richmond proud.

I've just bought my new car through Fareham Suzuki garage with the assistance of Pete.
He was really knowledgeable and helpful which made the normally stressful process, a dream. Everyone in the branch was really friendly.
Thank you so much

We received absolutely amazing service from start to finish when we bought our suzuki Swift. Jag was professional throughout.

Part exchanged my car here for a newer model. Excellent service throughout the whole process from Jag. Really happy with the car and the deal I was offered.

Pete was super helpful in showing me my now new car! Very friendly and honest, I didn’t feel pressured to purchasing the extras but he explained everything simply so it made decision making easy!

Great service from Pete. Very helpful and understanding, even picked me up from the train station! Not pushy at all, and although it's early days yet, so far I'm very happy with the car. Other guys in the showroom very nice too..sorted me out an espresso as I was knackered from being up at 4.30am to get train!

We were looking for a new car and saw one we were interested in. Mr Jay Singh came over and spoke to us, asked us what we were interested in and showed us around a potential car. His professionalism and knowledge was great and I didn't feel pressured and felt I could ask the questions I needed. We ended up getting a car from elsewhere but appreciate the time and kindness.

Recently had a review about changing my car for something more affordable and Jag was so helpful and friendly!

Jag was very helpful and clear throughout the process of buying a car. He went above what was expected to improve my experience

Jag was the person that helped us when we went in to look at part exchanging and he was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he helped us get the right car for our needs.

Pete in fareham branch very helpful, not pushy and very informative.

Changed my Suzuki for a different Swift model at Richmond Suzuki Fareham at the end of January - the teamwork from Sam Oxenford and Wil made the experience feel very worthwhile, and nothing was too much trouble for them. There were some problems with documentation or paperwork, easily overcome (eventually) and helped by their positive approach problems. Good customer experience.

Knowledgeable staff.
No salesman pressure.
Very smooth process.
Good part exchange.

Kind, caring, friendly service. Listened to what we needed, helped us get the best deal for the exact car we were looking for. Thanks again

Will and Peter made me feel like a valued customer. Professional but also friendly.
Thank you.

Our needs were listened to so that the best vehicle to suit us could be suggested for us to view. We were under no pressure to purchase, all our questions were answered and the whole team was friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Jag Singh, our main sales person, whose help, humour and warmth throughout made the whole a great experience.

The service is explained in detail enough
