Richmond Motor Group - Richmond Select Bognor Regis Arvostelua

My car was purchased with a couple of issues which were easily rectified. Thank you to Brad and Brad.

Very pleased with the purchase of a 63 plate golf. Service was excellent. Will use them again.

I would like to say Thank you to Brad and his team for their amazing service!!
I unfortunately had a bad experience from another garage which left me stressed and upset, after speaking with Brad who was professional, friendly and showed great empathy towards my situation, he restored my faith in the motor industry.
He stuck to his word and always contacted me when he said he would, keeping me updated and most importantly getting me back on the road.
I am very grateful for all of his help and would 100% recommend HCS for not only the sales experience but for the after sales too. I’d also like to thank the other members of the team too, all very friendly and polite especially Alan who also went above and beyond to help.

Very helpful company. Sam Hornsby the salesman was extremely friendly and helpful.
I went in looking for a vehicle I saw advertised on Auto trader. Unfortunately it had failed to be compliant with HCS. Sam found me a nice replacement, a bit more than I wanted to spend, but ideal for my needs. Would recommend using HCS, ask for Sam

I recently bought a car from HCS , it was surprisingly painless. Sam who was the sales man was really helpful & knowledgable & answered all my queries without any hassle.
Thank you I am genuinely excited & happy with my new car

Very helfull professional service, came away happy without stress.
Very happy with my purchase 😊

The purchase of our car was carried out smoothly, efficiently and professionally. Sam was a pleasure to work with. We would certainly recommend using this dealer and will hopefully do so ourselves in the future.

Have used these before and have had a great service from them
I can recommend these to anyone looking for a new car
Mr n cream

Purchased a vechile with this company and the staff was very helpful and considerate.

Had a great experience at Hampshire car sales. Sarah was the lady the sold me my new car, she was very friendly, made everything very clear to understand. Herself and the other staff also went the extra mile to entertain my kids while I was signing paperwork. Very grateful for that. Thank you

Very helpful staff I went in looking for a c3 that turned out to be to small for my needs Sara our sales person at HMC and her manager went out of there way to find a car that better suited my requirement's its not a colour I would have chosen, But that's what comes with buying a used car. I got a great deal on my part ex as well .
I would defiantly recommend them.

Great service, it was our first experience of buying a car from a dealership and it was sooo nice. The guys all went the extra mile, we took the dog, and they welcomed him in no problems. We were given hot chocolate better than the Polar Express!! The car is fantastic, so pleased with it. It was a lovely experience and would definitely recomend this team of guys Sam, Brad and Alan to look after you.

Nice easy purchase, dealt with the lovely Alan in sales whom made me feel very comfortable. Lots of detailed and helpful information. Cars great very happy customer. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here 😀

The salesman was very helpful moving the cars I wanted to look at so that I could get into them easily. I was allowed to take the car for a test drive on my own. When I had decided which car I wanted to buy we settled down to the form filling, which seemed to go on for ever. Our first visit to buy the car took nearly two hours during which we were kept supplied with coffee. When I returned a couple of days later to pick up my new car there were more forms to fill out for the purchasing of the new car and the selling of my car to them. "Picking the car up" took about an hour and more coffee was consumed. During the whole process we were very well looked after. A couple of days after the sale I received a follow-up call to see how I was enjoying my new car and make sure there were no unexpected issues.

Very responsive and would use HCS again ........albeit I've only had the car a week so as long as there are no problems ....all good!

We had excellent service from your salesman Alan.Very friendly and professional service.

Can't praise these guys, and Sarah enough!
Quick, reliable, friendly (but NOT pushy) and an all round pleasurable experience...
