Richmond Motor Group - Guildford Hyundai Arvostelua

We purchased a Genesis GV70 last week from Richmond Motor Group in Guildford - our first excursion into fully electric driving! We are absolutely loving the car and wanted to thank Jethin in particular for his enthusiasm, extensive knowledge of the vehicle and his help in finding us a car with the exact specification we were looking for. As well as being able to answer all our questions, we felt he went the extra mile to make everything perfect for us at handover. Thanks Jethin!

Amazing experience Nic was great

Purchased an approved Kona Hybrid from here. Very happy with the Kona. Had a few issues but managed to get them resolved.

We eventually chose another brand, but our experience at Hyundai Guildford was top class from entering the modern showroom right through to the test drive and follow up.

Elliot restored my wife's faith and trust in car salesmen. He listened to our requirements, was extremely knowledgeable and was never pushy.

Unlike several competitor brands' showrooms, the feel we got at Hyundai was really customer-focussed. Recommended.

I had a great experience from day one. I dropped in to look around and was helped by Elliott. He found the perfect car for me and gave great customer service throughout. I drove away a very happy customer!

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Elliott for completely changing our perception of what buying a car can be like. From the start, he was the opposite of the stereotypical car salesman- he really listened to what we needed, guided us through the options within our budget, and was incredibly patient throughout.
Elliott took the time to explain each part of the process clearly, making sure we understood our choices and felt comfortable with every decision. What started as quite an anxious experience turned into something genuinely enjoyable thanks to his calm, professional, and personable approach.
We’re so grateful for the peace of mind he gave us and for making the whole process such a positive one. We absolutely love our Hyundai Tucson N-Line and it's been a hit with the children too! Thank you Elliott!

I had a great experience buying my new car! Elliott was super helpful, answered all my questions and made everything really easy from start to finish. I’m very happy with my new car. Thank you for making the process a positive one.

The sales person, Nic Martin, was the deciding factor for choosing Richmond Hyundai Guildford for our car.

Ive been dealing with Elliott Falkner at Richmond Guildford over the last few days. He and everyone else at Hyundai have been superb.... and have restored my faith in car sales men. Thank you Elliot.

From begining to end we never felt any pressure form Adrian to buy something we didn't want.

We recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson and had a fantastic experience. Elliot was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend both the car and the dealership!

I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle. Elliot and the entire sales team were very supportive, and the management was honest and transparent throughout. There was no pressure or hidden sales tactics—just genuine help and clear communication. I’d have no hesitation buying from them again. Thanks

We had great support from Elliott at Richmond Hyundai Guildford, when buying a second-hand car recently. Elliott was quick to understand our requirements, and spent time looking for a suitable vehicle, including bringing in a car from one of the other Hyundai dealers within the local Richmond network, which we did purchase. We are very happy with our purchase.

Very helpful and informative.
