Richmond Motor Group - Guildford Hyundai Arvostelua

Adrian Hill helped us buy a Hyundai Tuscon and his service was excellent. He was super attentive to our needs and we found him a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Adrian and Team at Richmond Guildford for your great service.

Richmond’s sales rep Elliott Falkner was an amazing help in assisting me getting my car. The process was made very clear and easy and I was informed clearly of every option I had, every person I interacted with was professional and polite throughout the whole process. Highly recommend dealership

I was very happy with the service I got from my sales rep, he was cool and carm didn't rush me into buying a car, he told me to look at all the car's I was interested in the go back to him when I was ready.

What a smooth process from start to finish. Abi quickly found my ideal car, ticking off everything from my wish list and Baz, who I’ve bought 2 cars from before and who I trust implicitly, managed the finances to fit my budget. Every aspect was covered and all questions answered. It was a perfect team effort.

We visited the new Genesis showroom in Guilford and spent quite a bit of time there finding out about Genesis. Jethin George was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my husbands technical questions and enable a test drive while we were there as we had driven a long distance to look at Genesis. Very impressed by Jethin's knowledge delivered in a professional and friendly manner. Helpful without being pushy. We will return when Genesis bring out a SUV.

Very efficient service generally from the business backed up by excellent specific customer service from our sales contact(Elliott). The whole process went very smoothly and all our questions were answered without any problems. Vehicle preparation was good and, being a used vehicle, any blemishes were rigorously notified to us prior to accepting it. A specific issue arose during negotiations but this was resolved, in our favour, by the company, without question. The very definition of good service. Thanks. Jill and Kevin.

Elliott the sales assistant was so helpful with the new car purchase. We had alot of questions which Elliott knew the answer to. He is a great asset to Hyundai.

The whole procedure of buying a new car was extremely easy. Nic the sales executive was very helpful and guided me through the whole process with total professionalism and great knowledge.
Can thoroughly recommend Richmond motors and NCC.

Nic sold me my new car great service very nice man

Nic Martin was very helpful throughout the buying process to help with a smooth sale. We have always asked for Nic as our salesman when updating cars as he is understanding of our needs and provides an excellent service for our family.

Henry Jackson was fantastic. Not only did he manage to get me in for a test drive at short notice, he took the time to really understand and listen to my needs and requirements. A great salesperson and a genuinely great chap.

We had a fantastic experience when buying a car at Richmond Motor Group in Guildford. We delt with Abi who could not be more helpful. Turning up early at a show room on a cold and wet January Saturday, Abi was a ray of sunshine who truly took the time to understand our needs and to find us a car to meet these. In a very competitive industry customer service is what is going to set you apart and I can assure you that you will get this from this dealership.

Thanks Adrian for great help with santa fe

Great experience would recommend everyone! Second car bought from Nic! Excellent knowledge and not pushy

Nic contacted me with a great new deal for a new i10. He managed to secure the colour of car I really like!
It has always been a great pleasure dealing with Nic. He is a strong professional.
Looking forward to the next car purchase.

Nick Martin sold me used Tuson car very good service help us to buying car to change log books

Good presale service from Elliott. Friendly without being pushy.
I was however, very disappointed when I went to collect the car. There were a number of scratches that had been pointed out to them & I was assured would be sorted before I collected it. They weren't.
I almost walked away without the car, but Sam who was doing the handover, was great & the car is booked in to have the work done. Satisfactory outcome.

Excellent service where Nic Martin delivered a superb package for our new car. No hard sale just a relaxed conversation with him.
Second car he has sold us now and we will be back in a few years .
Highly recommended

Elliot, our contact was very informative without being pushy. He explained the product and payment system very clearly and enabled a test drive as soon as we were ready. Love the car a Tucson Hybrid. Really comfortable and a pleasure to drive.
