I had the privilage of dealing with Richard Lloyd Agency and my contact person was Kiana. She was brilliant. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. When I had questions she answered the straight away. With so many other agencies Kiana always contacted me and I never had to wonder or wait to try and figure out what was happening.
