I have bought a rack and a ladder clamp…

I have bought a rack and a ladder clamp for a next day delivery and now almost fine days after the purchase the just sent me the invoice .I have tried to contact them by any means but no answer at all from them .It seems that they does not exist.

After reviewing the matter, we can see that an error occurred when your order was processed through our dispatch system, which unfortunately delayed shipment. While our customer service team did make contact and arranged for the order to be sent as quickly as possible, we understand that this did not meet the next-day delivery service you expected.
