Helped my menopause symptoms
I have tried a lot of supplements to support during the menopause and I have found that balance tonic works the best for me. It is an unusual taste, but that gets better over time.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this deserves a public service announcement. The Gut Feel stuff is honestly magical — I’m fairly certain it’s made from unicorn hair, mermaid tears, and a bit of witchcraft…
In less than a week, it’s completely sorted my tummy. After years of being permanently bloated (honestly, I could’ve passed for 3 months pregnant at any given time), it’s just… gone.
Where has this been all my life?! Genuinely brilliant — I’m equal parts impressed and slightly suspicious!
If you’re doubtful, try it, you’ll (very) soon see that it works.

I am a big fan of Rheal Superfoods Plant Collagen. As someone who suffers with eczema, I often have dry skin on my face, especially during the colder months. Since using this great-tasting and well-priced supplement, however, I have noticed big improvements in skin's hydration; one of my friends actually said that I look like I have de-aged! I receive an email to let me know that my regular order subscription is being processed and emails at each stage of despatch and delivery. The products are packaged well in a sturdy box with no need for extra. Easy to use, a heaped teaspoon in a cup of water or juice for me. Easy peazy.

Balance Tonic
Quick delivery! Great package and nicely boxed with great presentation. My friend bought me the balance tonic and I drink it daily, I ordered another 2 months worth to see if it really makes a difference. Not sure it does yet maybe it's a placebo effect trying it to help with my perimenopauseal symptoms. I take HRT so not really sure it helps just yet. I simply add 400mls of water with s drop off squash and enjoy!
