I have just received my new RGK Octane FX wheelchair and I can honestly say it is my best wheelchair yet. The service I received from Ella Bouvard was excellent and I would be happy to recommend her and RGK as a whole to anyone who is looking into getting a new wheelchair.

Was helped by Matt who was great from start to finish - bought an ex-demo due to immediate need and it fit like a glove. When he noticed small faults with wheel fit and bearings he got it sorted immediately. Rolled away on the same day I bought it and I finally have my freedom back. Super knowledgable and helpful, thankyou so much

Great customer care and great equipment. I Love my new chair and street jet, which will enable me to do a lot more with friends and family.

Really comfortable wheelchair, i have the tiga frame with quite a few add ons to make it comfortable and custom to me including the eclipse pushrims, which make it much easier and more comfortable for me to push. Its really easy to manuver and extremely comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I had my consultation with Matt and he made things very clear of what RGK can offer and what would be right for me.

RGK wheelchairs are incredible; I’ve had mine (TigaFX) for many years now and it is highly strong, durable, and maneuverable, as well as extremely light. Matt was absolutely incredible throughout and the process was so quick and easy compared to other dealers. I felt very confident that he knew exactly what I wanted and would help me the get the perfect chair.

Cannot fault the whole process in getting my new Grand slam wheelchair through RGK. From having Alan come out to me to get all things measured and specifications noted down. To getting updates right through to receiving the chair, I always had huge confidence that I had chosen the right company to purchase a chair through.

Having outgrown my old chair I decided to look into getting a new one that was more suited to me growing up, that is when I got in touch with Lee. Having known Lee for a number of years it was reassuring to go to someone you know and trust who performs the assessments down to the last detail! Lee was an excellent point of contact throughout the whole process, including expediting the delivery of the chair.

The new chair is fantastic and I feel much more confident and independent in navigating myself through whatever challenges I face.

Both myself and my partner Di went for a fitting for a sports wheelchair from RGK.
We both are active in the wheelchair rugby league community and wanted to improve our experience through purchasing our own chairs.

We met Lee Fawcett, who was great at explaining the different options available and listened and understood our requirements based on the sport we play. We tried a couple of different chairs, and Lee took our measurements to ensure the chair we were purchasing would be optimum for our sizes.

Throughout the whole process from arranging the fitting with Lee, discussing and understanding our options, communications with RGK Head Office on progress with our order, it has all been a great experience and I would definitely look to use them again for my next spoets chair.

I ordered an rgk elite x and was measured by Lee Fawcett who talked me through the best ways to get the best out of my chair and measured it to a perfect fit and even changed things once it had been delivered that I decided afterwards I wanted to change by meeting me at the RGK workshop and getting everything done on the day so I could use it straightaway.

I have ordered a number of chairs through Matt for the university that I work for and he has been an absolute pleasure every time. From discussing the requirements, to measuring and delivery he has been professional, accommodating and easy to deal with. On top of that the chairs have, of course, been absolutely top quality. I would highly recommend Matt and RGK and will definitely be using them again next time

When I was looking to purchase my new wheelchair I sought out Lee, who I'd met before when I bought a Tri-ride for my old chair. As I'd hoped, Lee was exceptional. He's so knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. As he's also a wheelchair user I felt confident that he would be the best person to chat to about what I needed. His advice is definitely worth listening to. I'm really enjoying my Octane Sub 4. There were a few issues with it initially but Lee helped me sort them out and I'm delighted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee for anyone who is a bit unsure about their wheelchair needs. I noticed that another reviewer said they didn't want him to leave... I second that! Recently I needed some advice about something minor to do with the chair and Lee responded within 2 minutes!

I purchased an Octane Sub 4 day chair following an amputation. I was measured by Lee Fawcett who travelled to Scotland to meet with me. My chair was delivered ahead of quoted date and to specifications. My chair has been a huge help in my recovery and has even allowed me to return to sports.

Can 100% recommend Matt Bryne. I have had experience with Matt with both day and sports chairs for over 20 years and his knowledge is one of the best in the game.

I couldn’t be happier with my chair and the service I have received. Lee, my rep (north east) came to visit, took measurements and advised me on which chair and additional parts etc would be best for me and assisted me through the entire process. As he is also a full time wheelchair user I felt at ease and that I could fully trust all of his advice and experience. He had a lot of knowledge when it came to wheelchairs and RGK- he was also very approachable and friendly. Since getting my custom chair, my life has been so much easier and it makes a real difference to have a chair that is fit to you.

After using the chair for a little while, I wanted an anti-tip bar adding. I contacted Lee and within a week, a loan chair was delivered to my front door and my chair was sent off to have the part fitted.

Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received and would like to thank Lee (and politely ask that he never moves out of area 🤣) and the people behind the scenes at RGK.

I purchased an RGK Elite for use in wheelchair rugby league. Lee came up to Scotland to get me measured for the chair and discuss the different options. Was all very straightforward and I was kept in the loop as to when I would get my chair and was able to have it delivered at a time suitable for me.

I did have an issue with my inner tubes puncturing after I got my chair but RGK replaced the inner tubes for me at no extra cost and were very helpful.

The chair gets well used playing wheelchair rugby league and then also for use in para laser run and despite the paintwork not looking great now the chair functions like it is brand new.

Very happy with it and the service from Lee aswell as support since then from others in RGK too.

Great from start to finish. Lee took all the measurements for our son’s sports wheelchair. Once delivered it was easy to put together and adjust. Lee also made further adjustments about a year after we received the wheelchair. Very helpful and friendly.
