I recently ordered a watch

I recently ordered a watch from this website, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and I received regular updates about my shipment. The watch arrived right on time, and exactly as described. Customer service was also very responsive and friendly when I had a quick question about delivery. Overall, a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending this site to friends!

When I ordered my watch there was a problem with the shipping but it had nothing to do with RF-Watchmod, I became worried since I had payed fully for my watch and had no progress but the guys at RF-watchmod did everything they could to assure me, my watch was safe and on its way, the watch ended up being returned to them due to customs clearance, they sent me a new watch right away and it arrived in 2 day. Will be ordering from them again

Vastaus yritykseltä RF-Watchmod

Dear Mangel,

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. According to our records, you ordered a 40mm model. However, we understand there may have been a misunderstanding, so we reached out to you privately—at no cost to you—to verify everything and offer a solution, including a possible exchange if any mistake occurred on our part.

Regarding the watch not running: please note that this is a mechanical automatic watch, which means it needs wrist movement to stay powered. If it’s not worn or manually wound, it will stop running, which is completely normal for this type of movement.

We’re always here to help clarify anything, and we remain committed to resolving any concerns you may have.

Best regards,
RF-Watchmod Support Team
