RF Paving Arvostelua

Having moved my business over to RF from an online supplier many years ago, I have had nothing but great service from the team.
Keith, Tom and Craig are always happy to help out with any queries and I have always had great service when it comes to deliveries.
The on site display is a great addition as customers can visit to see the products in natural light on a larger scale and next to each other.

Rfpaving have supplied me for all my work for last 2-3 years, professional, really helpful,
Quality of materials are spot on .
Delivery service top notch.
Shout out to Craig for always being on end of a phone for me 👍

Great service and great range of products. Would highly recommend!

I have always found RF paving extremely helpful, for example I had a tub of brush in jointing compound and 1 of the 2 bags had gone off (though no fault of their own) I was in desperate need of this last bag and rang the office up but as it was about 2-3 o'clock on a Friday they didn't have any deliveries out or going out to help me so instead they sourced the same make and colour that was available at a nearby builders merchants and refunded me the the tub. Absolute excellent customer service.

Served by Tom right from the outset.
Great product knowledge and advice.
Delivery to suit both parties and well communicated.
Had a couple of full pallets left over. Had them picked up and refunded.
All in all would definitely buy again from RF Paving.

First time using RF Paving as I'm doing a add on for a customer. What a great experience, spot on communication and prompt delivery of a well packaged product, will use again.

First class service from start to finish. Our tiles had to be ordered in, but we received them within a week of ordering. Unfortunately some tiles got damaged and we were on a tight deadline to get the tiling finished, RF collected some replacement tiles from the supplier, and delivered the very next day. Good quality tiles and good value. I would highly recommend RF Landscapes.

Brilliant customer service, with great advice and always willing to help.

Quite simply the best service and stock of imported natural and porcelain paving in Yorkshire. We’ve bought from RF for over 20 years , the team there are knowledgeable and friendly , todays visit to purchase tiles for a customers patio was a perfect example of their professionalism. Upon parking the truck , Roger ( who runs an organises the huge amount of stock in the yard and can always be relied on for a quality joke 🤣 ) immediately approached me and took a note of my order and confirmed they had stock , I then went to the sales counter where I chatted with Keith and Craig whilst Keith processed my order and paperwork . Afterwards , I was greeted immediately outside with my order already banded and on a pallet ready for the loading ticket to be checked and 5 minutes later I’m on my way . Brilliant service , great company to buy from , top staff , and don’t forget their display area and showroom is the ideal place to send a customer who needs to physically see the product before they commit to an order .

Excellent service from Tom and his colleagues, plenty of choice, expert advice with no pressure or hard sell attitude.

TOP CLASS SERVICE & HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS

I was recommended RF Paving by a family member, what a recommendation it was. As soon as you arrive you are spoilt for choice with the amount of products on display. The staff are so welcoming and will bend over backwards to help with any queries. I chose the 1200 x 600 Wals Grigio Porcelain slabs with the 800 x 200 Anthracite edgings. I was warned about laying such a big slab in brick bond, due to any inconsistency in the slab ie bent. I had no problem what do ever, the slabs were consistently straight and were made to a very high standard that I had no problems at all. I have just finished laying my slabs and am over the moon with the final results. I would totally recommend RF Paving to all my family & friends, but also any landscapers out there. Finally I would like to give a big thanks to everyone at RF Paving for all the efforts.

I don’t usually write reviews but I didn’t hesitate this time.

I researched lots of companies where I could get my paving from and ended up calling in to RF Paving one day just to have a look.

I had time to browse their huge range before deciding on the grey sandstone without being pestered.

Craig - who served us was chatty, friendly and so helpful. I am so glad I called in that day because I absolutely love my garden.

Thanks guys xx

Very impressed with RF paving, Craig helped us with our choice of paving and resin to make our paving project run smoothly. All products were delivered and placed were we could work with our builder no problems. We have used RF since 2018 and keep going back, Top class products at a good price with great customer service

For several years, I have been a loyal customer of RF Paving, utilizing their extensive range of products. Initially, I switched from a much larger company that kept letting me down to RF Paving, and I quickly realised that the quality of both their products and service was far superior.

Every member of their team has impressive product knowledge and they are eager to assist in any way possible. Highly recommended!

We have only been dealing with Craig at RF Paving a short while, but in that time he has helped us immensly. His knowledge and ability to supply us with materials required for projects quickly and easily has been second to non (even if sometimes we don't give much notice). Craig has been easy to deal with, and always given us what we believe to be fair prices. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, thank you :-)

Where to start with rf paving…
I’ve been landscaping for years and in that time Rf paving have been supplying me with top quality paving products. The sales team knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you out as much as they can. Craig has even sent me over photos out of products he has on is phone out of hours when I’ve needed them to show potential customers.
Unlike other merchants at Rf paving you are not just a customer. They treat you like freinds I’ve even had a debate with the office staff about crumpets and are they actually crumpets or are they piclets (obvs there crumpets)
I mean this 100% but I’ve never received a bad product from rf paving. I use there products now and hopefully I will
Be doing so in the future
Rf paving. 100% trustworthy 100% reliable

Their paving selection and showroom were the best that we found in Yorkshire no doubt. Exceptionally helpful with both buying and returns and all the products we bought for both our patio and outdoor kitchen were absolutely top quality. Hugely recommended.

Staff were very helpful, we visited RF Paving several times and each time was greeted by friendly and informative staff. Craig advised us on tiles, grout and edging tiles enabling us to do a great job. We chose porcelain tiles with granite edgings. Our garden now looks amazing.
We would definitely recommend this company as they are knowledgable and will support and advise you when choosing the tiles.

Having set up in business two years ago, I used several suppliers of paving slabs before starting to use RF Paving after a conversation with Craig. Since then I have gone back every time for my materials due to the competitive prices, great customer service and short lead-time on deliveries.

We've been using RF Paving since starting our business in 2018. Amazing service, everytime from the whole team! Great range of products, great prices, samples when we need them and super quick delivery even when we order last minute 😉 Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
