The Dino Den is a dinosaur lovers paradise that also showcases a large personal collection of Jurassic Park collectibles and memorabilia and a permanent showcase display of dinosaur models, replica movie props and retro gaming consoles that play each platform variation of dinosaur gaming across the years. The store also showcases themed events and has a coffee/tea bar area serving bean to cup drinks, soft drinks and pre-packaged cakes, biscuits and confections. We are deeply saddened to read your review and we are very sorry that you did not receive our usual 5 star service due to Royal Mail which is completely beyond our control. We did everything we could throughout and maintained regular contact and as soon as it was apparent that there was a problem you were fully refunded, well ahead of the stated time frame and compensated for the inconvenience. As a new, small business we rely heavily on our high level of customer service being something that can set us apart from larger multinational companies and we are sorry you chose to take this route rather than respond to our multiple emails.
