For anyone reading this review, we'd like to share some context. Our support team doesn't work weekends, so messages sent on a Saturday or Sunday are answered on the next working day. Every withdrawal is processed manually by our small UK-based team, in order, and within our usual working timeframe.

Just to share for anyone reading, most withdrawals are usually sent much sooner than a week. The only time it can take a little longer is for a member’s first withdrawal, when we carry out a one-time ID verification to keep accounts safe.
