Always broken!!!!! When are you ever going to fix these? The one at Applegreen near Templepatrick in Antrim and the one on O'Neil Road Newtownabbey. So frustrating!!!

Using the machine and tumble drier has been such a help over the last few wet months. I love that you can get a full family wash into the 20kg machine and that you can set the drier according to the heat and length of time you wish depending on the load contents. It washed and dried my family duvets very well. I have only had to wait once as the drier was in use and I manage to shop whilst it is washing and drying. I'd prefer an instant paper receipt to an emailed one and it would be handy to not have to interrupt my shop to return to the garage (by car) to move the clothes into the tumble drier but overall it is a great service that I would recommend.

Used these machines following a breakdown of my machine at home, used the Wellington Road ones at the garage there in Burton on Trent.
Used both the 8 and 18 kg machines, they washed the clothes well although I will say they use a non bio detergent which is fine for dark washes but if you are washing whites then i'd advise putting some stain remover in with your wash as the non bio doesn't get tea stains out.
I like the fact that you can turn up anytime to use them and they are usually not busy, about 40 min cycle and it is supposed to text you when the load is done but I didn't get a text, no problem though just went at roughly the right time and they were done.
Can't review the drier as have one at home so used that, the prices are a bit steep but for an emergency once in a while wash i'm not too worried.
Overall a good experience in my opinion.

They have two sets of revolution washer/dryers to use. You can only park for 30 mins before you get a parking ticket.Wash 41 minutes and dry clothing 15 minutes . I’d go somewhere else. shop assistant rude and unhelpful.
NOWHERE DOES IT SAY THAT YOU CANT PARK IN THE ONLY PLACE YOU CAN PARK, where I may add the machines are to do the washing.
FINE IS £170..TAKE NOTE, THEY WILL ROB YOU FOR THIS MONEY!!

Absolute scam paid £14 to dry my bedding as my tumbler dryer broke the clothes don’t even warm up and still wet very very disappointed would not recommend at all

Very quick and professional in resolving the issue I had. It was simple to report the problem and the reply came in a flash.

Machine didn’t work, followed instructions to get assistance and refunded additional cost of using another machine due to the fault, very understanding.

Machine begint meteen een poosje met de nog droge was te centrifugeren. Kreeg geen sms en toen we de was ophaalden bleek deze helemaal niet schoon te zijn. Dus nooit meer Revolution Laundry.

Have selected 1 star because giving no stars wasn’t an option. I have had to use these machine for the past few weeks because my washing machine at home has broken and I’m waiting for a new one.

Firstly a basic price of £11.00 for the large and £5.50 for the small machine before you add anything like softener or sanitizer is daylight robbery. These machines are mostly used by students and people who can’t afford to have or run washing machines at home or live in hostels. They are short of money and if they want washed clothes they have to pay a premium.
I use the word “wash” because clean would be an over exaggeration when the clothes come out barely any cleaner than when they went in and the only thing that’s being cleaned out are peoples bank accounts.
No matter what wash you select the time for the wash to complete takes no more than 43 minutes at best and no matter the temp you choose, it makes no difference. I have had no choice but to use this service as I had to wash my children school uniforms etc. I have 2 black bags full of washing that has been put through this laundry that have come out just as or in the case of my white pillow cases more grubby than they were when they went in.

Customer service don’t want to know and are about as much use as their washing machines.

I will use the 1 star to say that the tumble driers seem fine although extortionate for the price

No sign on the dryer to say out of order. I am unemployed and receive £70 a week. I had to dry some washing and spent £10.50 on a dryer. After the time was up, the washing was still just as wet as when it went in. Garage staff were not helpful. Told it would take up to a week to get my money back. RIP off!!!

Went today to wash the duvets. ,£13 for the larger machine with softener is almost day light robbery. Machine hardly uses any water and there was no way I was drying them there. £3.50 for 15 minutes. Seriously need to rethink their prices. I won't be using them again. I'll just upgrade my machine at home. Will be cheaper in the long run

David dyas thanks offer of new washing machine for £190 dot wot it it been to long you parts and guaranteed are not worth the paper they are right on so I had to this mouth disabled benefits to bay a new hotpoint I never use hoover ever they don't give a sxxt bo not bay hoover there gust a rep off off off why do I have pay 190 for a new washing machine machine wots with the guarantee than yes it o told you on the 19 January you told to wait for parts is a joke

Wish I could give no stars. Misinformation on the website. Went to the first location as was mentioned on their website but found no machine. Contacted customer service they said machine was removed from this location hence drive to the other nearest one. Got to the next one and to my surprise the machine was out of service haha what a joke! I drove 10 miles altogether and no luck with washing or drying. The machine was disgustingly dirty. I wouldn’t have used it even if it was in working order. Terrible terrible terrible! Don’t waste your time and fuel!

I have used their service before, and I found the process of inserting money and waiting for the clothes to be straightforward. However, I noticed that many people bring their pets' clothes to wash there, which makes me think that those washing machines are only suitable for washing pet clothes. As a result, all my clothes ended up with dog hair on them, which was quite frustrating

This morning I tried to fit my king size duvet in my washing machine.. no way was it fitting, so after a quick google search I found a machine in Epsom went to find it couldn’t find it anywhere so decided to try another location that was close by, I’m glad I did it was SO easy to use and my duvet is now nice and clean!
I will be more than happy to use the machines again! Thank you

Clean,quick to use machines.
Closed off so not being stared at by cars.
Cheap for the load you can put in & compared to price of electric.
Will use again & I'd reccomend.

J ai utilisé leur machine qui n à pas fonctionné j ai téléphoné on devait me rembourser par rib.
Depuis le 24 janvier pas de remboursement j ai eu des gens au téléphone qui doivent ou me rappeler ou faire le nécessaire comme hier encore j attends toujours leur appel... Et le comble c est qu ils me disent qu ils m ont remboursé depuis le 7 février et que je n ai rien sur mon compte.
PAS SÉRIEUX DU TOUT le service après vente n est pas à la hauteur
