The ordering process was easy and the payment process was easy to use. Confirmation was sent to email. Order stayed in order confirmation for a week before I got an email stating that my order was about to arrive, but never received the order. Looked on website and it stated that the order would be shipped and received within 48 hours. I emailed but never got a response. Waited a few days more and the order went into delay. At the end of the first delay I was given a new arrival date. Still there was no package. I emailed again with no response. It went into delay a second time I emailed no response. I waited two more days still no response. I sent another email requesting a refund or my package and no response. I looked for a telephone number on the site, but there is not one listed. According to the site the refund policy states that I have two weeks to refund from the day I order. Does this mean that if I don’t receive the package I will not be refunded or if I receive damaged package I will not be refunded because it took it so long to get here? Other than waiting for a package that has not arrived yet the only easy thing about this experience was ordering and paying for the product. The rest has been a nightmare. After I either receive my package or get my refund I will not be using this company or service again

I don't recommend buying from this website. I still haven't received my package after 3 weeks (shipped to US). Also, am unable to get in contact with support team, which they only provide you with a email address.

I sent them 5 emails they never responded to be and my order never arrived.

Package was delayed and never arrived. The support team never responded. Very disappointed

I haven’t received my product and it’s been over a month. I’ve emailed multiple times and have yet to receive a response. Oh and they took my money out of my account..... so now I’m out money for a product I didn’t get.

I dont have any information about my oerder. Im not going to buy from here any more.

I placed 2 orders a month ago and neither has arrived. I have sent several emails regarding my orders and have received no reply.

I ordered a pair of your wireless earphones but never received them. I was given a time frame in which I would get my ear phones. The time frame passed and I received a new time frame which then again passed! and now the third time they won’t even give me a time frame. I’ve tried to message them using their “contact us” option multiple times. I’m still waiting for a reply just like I’m still waiting for my earphones.

My order never came within the date they said it would. Then they gave me new dates for the order arrival and it still never came. I emailed them 5 times and NEVER got a response. Their website says you will get a response within 72 hours... nope. I still don’t have my items I ordered. They say they take 2 days to ship and I still don’t have my order?! I hope whoever is running this scam sees this and knows I’ve reported for fraud. I also think they are using some random address because when you look it up it shows someone’s house and not a business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I have emailed you six times regarding my order and have not once received a response. I paid for these headphones February 5 . It is March 5 and i have not received them, yet you have already taken my money . I would like a response back immediately on to why your website says contact you for any questions or concerns and max response time is 48 hours yet here i am with no headphones and no response. That is terrible service.
