I am not very technically savvy and bought the wrong units .
Pazza sorted me out over the phone , and we had changed out to what we actually needed with better value and later models.

Haha, glad we could sort you out after the office gave you a smack! Switching from the CF-53s to the Dell 5420 Ruggeds was the right call for Windows 11. They are a much better fit for what you needed and better value with the later models.

From the moment I made my first enquiry, the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain the options, answer all my questions, and make sure I was choosing the right device for my needs.
The purchase process was smooth and straightforward, and the laptop arrived exactly as described. Everything was set up perfectly and ready to go. It’s been performing exceptionally well, and I’m extremely happy with the value for money.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was clear and timely, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find such honest, friendly, and professional service these days.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be returning for future tech needs.

The CF-19s are getting on a bit now, but they're absolutely bulletproof and perfect when you've already got the mounting hardware sorted. Glad they're working well for you.
