They are totally thrives, they work people not legally, they say they are a hospital and they are not even authorized from the ministry of health, it’s a total scam

Bonjour à tous il ne faut surtout pas passer par cette pseudo clinique qui ce dit compétente a FUIR absolument leur service pour les soins dentaire ils vous appate et vous envoie chez la sous traitance ce son des charlatans les Simo,Redouane,Badr,Hamed,Amina ils ne savent que vous dire ce que vous aimez entendre.( vous inquiétez pas monsieur je suis la pour vous bla-bla-bla) que du baratin ils ne savent que vous réclamer les sous et à la fin quant il s’agit d’avoir la garantie des couronnes et le dossier des soins effectués y’a plus personnes tous des escros… Ne surtout pas contacter cette pseudo clinique qui n’existe pas en faite..

je suis allée à ISTANBUL , pour une greffe de cheveux,
et j'en suis revenue plus que satisfaite, tout a été fait dans une chronologie surprenante, d'un bout à l'autre,
ABIR, ma consultante a été au top du début à la fin, j'ai eu besoin de beaucoup de renseignements,,, et elle a eu une patience extréme ...
tout s'est déroule à merveille, avec des medecins, des assistants , une équipe de choc.
tres sérieux;
Ouissal la traductrice ne m'a pas quitté durant l'intervention.
tous les chauufeurs étaient à l'heure,
tous , du début à la fin de grand professionnels .
je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix..
meme l'hotel LIONEL choisi par ABIR etait super,, tres chic, propre, personnels tres agréable.
je suis encore suivi par ABIR, elle ne m'abandonne pas.

Ich habe selten etwas unseriöses und unprofessionelleres gesehen als die Kontaktaufnahme durch deren Vertrieb. Ulrich, so war der Name des höchst unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter. Ich wollte wissen woher meine Kontaktdaten genommen wurden da ich mich bestimmt nicht bei diesem Unternehmen gemeldet habe. Daraufhin wurde ich mit einer Klage bedroht sollte ich noch einmal fragen woher meine Daten stammen.
Man kann sich vorstellen wie Operationen und Organisation bei dem Unternehmen aussieht wenn der Erstkontakt bereits auf solch einem Niveau ist.

- paid extra for a doctor to do my hair transplant, still had techs do it. complete scam. When I texted my consultant asking for an explanation, one of the translators barged into my operating room mid operation and gave me attitude. absolutely ridiculous
- translators were nowhere to be found on my wash day and i had to resort to using google translate just to communicate with staff and get things done in order to avoid missing my flight
- overharvested for sure. I now have what seems to be permanent shock loss 5+ months later
- its been over 5 months and they haven't followed up with me once
- charged me an extra 1k USD day that we started in order to also cover my crown and top, although this should have been obvious from the photos i had sent as well as the 3500 graft quote they gave me
- i paid extra for a "5 star hotel"... the hotel they put me in had stains on the tub, no AC and was unreasonable hot all night even though it was october

I had a beard transplant 10 months ago and I ended up with the very same „porcupine look” that the other guys described above. I have never felt this much anger, disappointment and shame in my life. As the months go by and the hair is getting stronger, the look just seems to get worse. Even if I keep the transplanted beard patches short, the messy bouqets of hair still look horrible. I am desperate and clueless what to do.

Reading the negative reviews here I see a lot of familiarity with my case. The company's strategy is the same: the consultant promises you EVERYTHING, even things that they definitely won’t do for you (eg transplanting under the jaw line) so that you pick „their clinic” and the he gets his dirty little bonus after you. Then they charge you 500 euros as deposit, let you organize your trip, travel to Turkey, and right before the surgery their head doctor tells you that „well this is not exactly possible but trust us we are the best so no one else is going to do that for you”. And they know that while you are baffled from the surprise and under heavy time pressure (you have 3 minutes to decide what to do next) you are very likely to stay and sign the consent anyway. Once they have your money, they start the surgery but with ZERO effort and interest to make it look aesthetic or natural. In my case, they didn’t even bother to split the grafts into single hairs, they just implanted them back to my face as they were harvested. Basically if the hair stay alive afterwards, they call it a huge success and an amazing result.

In my desperation I have been contacting many other hair clinics hoping that someone can do a correction surgery, and I was amazed to find two other „clinics” who work with the same head doctor. At first I didn’t understand how can one doctor work for 3 different clinics at the same time, but then I realized that Blue Magic, Alpha Hair Central and ReviveAir are just consultant companies advertising themselves as famous well-settled clinics, but behind the high-end facade and pricing you find the very same below medium-range clinic called EuroPlus Clinic.

So guys, please let’s bring these scammers down, or at least force them to follow some minimal standard of decency, so that other guys won’t get screwed over as badly as they did with us. If you have had bad experiences with any of them, don’t forget to post the review to the other TrustPilot pages (and Google, Facebook) as well.

I know it’s impossible to compete with the loads of fake reviews the consultant company has been posting here (be sure that most of the positive reviews are not genuine), but let’s give it a try anyway.

It was great experience with Reviveair clinic
From the first time i contacted vedat he was very helpful , they changed my life after 10 years of wearing cap , the hotel is amazing the doctors were really good , i would like to recommend this place to everyone . Vedat made me feel very very welcomed and took care of me at all steps , you will never get like this service in another place they deal with the best doctors and they give an amazing customer services

I am so unhappy with their service and the hair transplant!
I chosen the non shaving procedure and I had a online consultation by sending the photos and it's been agreed,I need it whole top crown covered.

After arriving to Turkey firstly I been taken to the hotel where I have to wait in lobby for couple of hours as they didn't have a room for me.

Then I have been taken to the clinic different from what they send me!looked much worst! They explained that they moved the place!

On the consultation I been told if I don't shave my hair they can only cover the front crown ! Being already there spending time and money of course I agreed to still have the transplant done!

After a year I just have some hair at the front but none on the back of the crown,I contacted the clinic and I been told I have to come back for one more treatment!

Firstly they never mentioned it in the first place! Secondly the consultation with doctor face to face he also never mentioned it! It's pain full and I already have less hair on the side I would never agree to have it twice if I knew!

They just scammed me and I am left very unhappy more! Refused any responsibility!

But on top of it the told me it's my fault I still go for it even I wasn't feeling comfortable with the different place and shaved hair!

I had my flight cancelled 2 months before my surgery and told the clinic I couldn’t go for the surgery another time this year. I had everything booked including childcare and days off work booked. I explained to them and asked for a refund for my deposit however they are refusing to give me one even tho that wasn’t explained before booking. Be careful if anything changes and you cannot go or wait a year because you never know what can happen you will lose your deposit and they will blame you for not being able to go.

J'ai eu une superbe expérience avec Reviveair Clinic, j'ai été tout le temps accompagné par Vedat. C'est un homme souriant, aimable, gentil, très serviable, rapide à répondre et m'a donné toutes les informations dont j'avais besoin. Il m'a rassurée et m'a mise à l'aise et tout s'est bien passé. Les 2 traductrices Chaimae et Chaimaa étaient très serviables et la 2éme était en plus drôle. Les chauffeurs aussi étaient ponctuels.Dans l'ensemble un très bon service client.
Ils sont venus me chercher à l'aéroport à l'heure, l'hôtel était incroyable, même si j'ai eu un peu de mal avec la langue car
les turcs ne sont pas très familiers avec l'anglais. Je recommande reviveair.

My guide was availible all the time and so helpful with everything, a really nice guy in every possible way. The hotel experience was absolutely wonderful. Great staff and a lovely room. The transport worked perfectly and my guide made sure they were on time every day. At the clinic they were so proffesionell and made me feel relaxed. The doctors were amazing and all the pretty nurses took care of me in a gentle and friendly way. My translator at the clinic were also very friendly and helpful. I have no complains what so ever.

Where to begin? This clinic has absolute NO moral compass for the patient and only cares whether or not they receive their money.
6 months ago I got contacted by one of their contacts that told me about the fascinating world of hair transplants.
At the very beginning I made sure to tell my contact that I was a type 1 diabetes patient with a high average blood sugar %. The contact person told me that the doctor saw my analysis and agreed to do the surgery for me. In the span of 6 months before the treatment would take place, I send my analysis over and over and over again to make sure this was agreed upon by the clinic. Otherwise there would be no point for me to go there if the doctor would advice against it.

So, I purchased my flight tickets and came to Istanbul on a 3rd of december saturday. I got transported to the hotel after 20 minutes of waiting outside because the taxi service of the clinic did not plan it correctly. They brought us to the hotel and there we stayed for the evening + sunday. On monday the clinic taxi was supposed to arrive at 7:30, instead it came at 8:05, again 35 minutes of waiting in the cold outside.

Once I arrived at the clinic they took a blood analysis of me and made me wait 20-30 minutes before one of the two doctors that saw me came to me and was shocked. He did not know anything about my diabetes, he did not know anything about my blood sugars, this came as a shock to him. EVEN THOUGH MY CONTACT SHOWED THEM MY ANALYSIS MONTHS PRIOR. Then the second doctor took me into his office and told me the appointment was cancelled because 1. my hair would fall out in 4-5 months because of my diabetes and 2. there would be no guarantee on my health or hair that this operation would be successful. So all-in-all, honest doctors but disappointing to hear.

My contact told me to not worry that there were some logistic errors and they would bring me back to the hotel and from there on, tomorrow I would still get the treatment. Which of course raised some eyebrows as in ''how can two expert doctors who do these surgeries cancel me, but suddenly a third on accept me?''. Nevertheless I agreed and went back to the hotel.

Come Tuesday, not a single appointment was made. No requests to come back, no calls, no texts. At the very last moment of the day I get to hear ''Sorry, our schedule was filled on Tuesday. But don't you worry! We will make an appointment for you tomorrow.''
This idea was absolute idiotic. I am leaving Thursday at 6AM in the morning to catch my flight. They had time from the minute I arrived in the hotel to check my analysis and prepare the necessary precautions for me, but instead of that they now want me to do the surgery Wednesday, 12 hours before I depart from turkey. No post-check-up, no cleaning of the blood clots on my newly transplanted hairs. Nope, just get in your plane and get the hell out of here.
Of course I disagreed with this extreme method of treatment. I told them clearly ''I am a high risk patient, I NEED to stay one extra day for me to rest and the following day to clean my head. Two doctors declined me, and now your new doctor (in another clinic, mind you!) now suddenly agrees to treat me? If anything happens to me, I'll be across the ocean and you'll be here with my money.''

So eventually I got the number of the one in charge, Saif. Man, did he try to persuade me into still doing the surgery just to give him the money he wants. ''I do not listen to other doctors except my own'' he told me. But when I asked him why his OWN doctors declined me monday he had no response to it. The phone call ended very rude from his side and he said ''If you decline to do the treatment today, we will block your hotel and you can go ahead and pay the hotel + transport + administration costs out of your own pocket and then bugger off''

At the end, they blocked my hotel and made me pay for my stay, which they promised they would do for me. No compensation whatsoever from THEIR errors. Moneygrabbers! Do NOT go here, THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY OR HEALTH!

DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL RISK YOUR LIFE, YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.

Highly not recommended, take no responsibility, disappear, do not follow the patient as expected. It was just a stroke of luck to arrive at a valid clinic, one of the many with which they have agreements and, working on commission, they always aim for the least expensive one for them: patients pay the same price.
Transfers on makeshift vehicles, vans set up with always broken seats. Zero organization. As soon as they take the commission, that is already when you arrive at the clinic and pay, they disappear, leaving you alone to manage everything. Luckily, someone spoke English in the clinic, rather than the ever-present language tutor and guide! Never again, stay away!

Je suis allé dans cette clinic pour une greffe de cheveux. Très professionnel, j ai été accompagné du début à la fin de mon séjour. Un endroit très propre et très pro. J ai eu la chance d avoir avec moi un traducteur et d uneconsultante plus qu extraordinaire qui ont su m aider et me suivre à chaque moment de mon opération. Notamment un gros big up a ma consultante qui a été présente 24/24 pour savoir si tout aller bien , m aider et me conseiller. Grâce à elle je n ai jamais eu le sentiment d être laisser à l abandon donc si vous avez Inès vous avez la meilleure . Le personnel soignant a été très gentil et très méticuleux. Maintenant je croise les doigts pour que le résultat soit là.
Mais n ayez pas de doute sur cette clinic , ils sont plus que satisfaisant. Je recommande grandement

"J'ai effectué une greffe capillaire et une rhinoplastie avec la clinique REVIVEAIR à Istanbul du 17 au 24 octobre. J'ai été suivi par Adèle dans un premier temps, puis Inès dans un second temps. Je les remercie toutes les deux pour leur dédication, leur professionnalisme. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui Inès me suit et cela est très rassurant. Je mentionnne également nos chauffeurs à Istanbul, tous sans exception, hyper ponctuels. Que ce soit la greffe capillaire DHI ou la rhinoplastie, par le professeur Koray Cengiz, je suis très satisfait des résultats. L'hôtel, Marmara Sisli, était très bien situé également. Une chose, juste pour la rhinoplastie, il faut une semaine entière afin de retirer les mèches. J'ai dû passer par une infirmière ici en France, qui n'a pas réussi et c'est finalement ma femme qui s'est muée en professionnelle pour mon plus grand bonheur. Donc, dans le cas d'opérations combinées, prenez plus qu'une semaine, c'est important. Pour le reste, vous pouvez leur faire confiance. Je les en remercie. Juste une anecdote: lors du retour, l'aéroport d'Istanbul a fait des difficultés car j'avais encore le masque de protection de la rhinoplastie. Ils voulaient un papier du chirurgien pour laisser-passer. Et ils ont fait refaire 3 ou 4 fois ce papier. Eh bien, Inès, aidée de ses collègues, se sont demenés comme des diables pour nous permettre de rentrer en France ma femme et moi. Nous avons eu le ok seulement 30 min avant l'embarquement dans l'avion. C'est pour vous dire combien ils sont à votre service. Ils se sont battus pour nous, sachant la barrière de la langue me concernant et le protocole strict des autorités aéroportuaires. Ils n'ont rien lâché. Rien que pour ça, je les recommande. Ils le méritent amplement.

I decided with Reviveair as a friend of mine had previously had a hair transplant with them and was very pleased by the service provided and results. So I decided to get in contact with them and from the start it was very easy to talk to workers from Reviveair who kept in contact all the time and responded pretty much all day everyday. So I booked a flight and Accomodation which was provided in the price. That included transport to and from Istanbul airport which was very easy to follow and drivers were friendly and always on time. The hotel was amazing and again all very friendly. The day of the procedure I was driven to the clinic and then met by a translator who was also very friendly. The clinic was superb very clean and friendly. The surgery was all very smooth no pain felt while it was being performed so all in all a top class experience and could not recommend highly enough👍🏾👌🏾. Happy with the results although it’s early stages if you are looking for easy, smooth and professional service then look no further than Reviveair
